Mat without any question is the most honest salesperson I have ever come across . His honesty meant saving me a ,3 hour drive to view one of his trucks. He answered all my questions without hesitation He went the extra mile to research the vehicle history and took the time to call me. The reason I chose not to purchase was simple, I already own a similar vehicle but a few years older. I was hoping to move up but my truck although older has only 145000 k. The vehicle on the lot has considerably more miles .Bottom line I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mat and Town and Country Automotive.

Does not return calls of a previous customer who formally gave this service a good review .I must resind my rating , and futber must assume this company is not in business to do work any longer , Made 6 attempts over 3 weeks to reach before changing review .

Amazing experience dealing with McPhails' Parts Dept today! I needed to purchase a replacement a water hose. Sounds simple enough, right? Not according to the other RV business in the area. McPhails made the purchase easy, quick, economical and pleasant. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff knew exactly what I needed, they had it in stock, and I was in and out of the store within minutes. Buying a small hose was a simple transaction, but McPhails have gained a future, life long customer! 5 stars!

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! we purchased a quad in December of 2013. It is now May of 2014 and we are still waiting for the registration. I just called again and Chad answered and hung up on me because I told him in my last voice mail that I would be contacting the OPP regarding the missing registration. Still no registration... what a surprise.... do not deal with these people... I will be filing a formal complaint against them with the Ministry regarding the sale of motor vehicles with no registrations.
