Car Dealership

Please watch out and never buy any vehicle from this willowbrook motors ltd by Langley bypass. I have lost business and my most important time due to Willowbrook Motors Ltd. They have failed every time to fulfill their commitments. Hungry people just to get good reviews but doesn't care about their customers, their products they are selling to them and their services are the most pathetic not at all reliable. I bought a brand new pick up truck on last year September from Willowbrook Motors Ltd for my new business. To stay out of trouble I choose to buy a new vehicle over the old one but Willowbrook Motors Ltd have failed and sold me an inappropriate junky vehicle. long story short- 1) they sold me a brand new truck without horn working, left tape residue over the back windows and the sales person was keep asking for good reviews. I refrained and gave them another chance. 2) truck stopped starting then called the roadside assistance and resolved the problem then again the next day di

Thank you David Che. The experience for me purchasing the new x6 is outstanding. i recommended David Che the sales consultant to everybody.

The worst experience ever! Sold us a car that could have killed us! Then said they would fix it but almost killed us again. The most mentally unstable, rude, crazy, out of control, disrespectful man I have ever met. I feel sorry for him because he is such an angry little man. I don't understand why he would ever want to run a business like he does. Please do not do business here. You will be beyond disappointed as he will rip you off. So sad that there are people like this in our beautiful world...

I haven't had many pleasant experiences buying cars from dealers in the past. When I found out (online) Haley's had the car I wanted, I was resistant to look at it (for being a dealer). Drove there and met Tim Harris. No words to describe how honest and great he was. I am super happy with my purchase. Next time I need to buy a car, I will definitely be contacting him. Great job Tim !!! You are fantastic.

Cash was very good to deal with and I would recommend him to others looking for a used car

I am onto my third vehicle that I have bought through Audi Langley. I have shopped around before but Mehdi Nabavi is simply amazing to deal with. He makes purchasing a car a great experience! Peter is a wiz with any finance related tasks. Rick in service always ensures my car is well taken care of. What a team!

Friendly staff

I recently purchased a vehicle from Langley Toyota where I received first class treatment from my salesman Brahm and from my financial expert Hailey. The staff at the insurance desk were also exceptional as were the rest of the staff who were polite, and helpful. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend the people at Langley Toyota to help you get what you are looking for. Brad

Really good purchase experience for my 2018 MDX. The sales Amanda provided the best deal and suggestion to me. I bought it immediately and love it. Thank you Amanda!

Adam was awesome...but my issue is if you are booking me for an appt at 730am, be waiting for the customer to arrive at that time. Its awkward when I am waiting in my car for someone to unlock the doors and turn on the lights. Maybe I am being silly, but that's what reviews are for I guess. Again, Adam was awesome and this is not a reflection on him but the processes of the dealership.

Probably the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. The GM & sales manager were very unprofessional. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership unless they have new management. High pressure tactics used & don't care about the customer. They low balled my trade in by over $7000. I'm quite knowledgeable about cars & even on the lowest end they were way off in real money. They told me they had a bunch of backup deals after I put a deposit. I ended up selling my car privately for a lot more & funny enough the car I was going to purchase was still available 2 months later. Ended up buying a brand new car for not much more. Would give 0 stars if I could.
