Car Dealership

Friendly, helpful staff! Great selection of vehicles to choose from. I helped my mom get one from there when I was visiting! Highly recommend them!

Great

5 STARS to Preferred Auto!!!! Abe is by far the most honest and dedicated car sales person I have ever worked with and Lawna is extremely well versed on the finance options and warranty Program available. Lastly, the finance dept at Preferred is quick, efficient and able to provide acceptable rates for financing. He also provides customers with a detailed breakdown of each monthly payment throughout the life of the loan, including principal, interest and the combined total, making sure to explain that there is no penalty for paying the loan early, and interest is only payable to the day that the actual total loan is paid off.Once the contract is signed and all other details discussed, Abe calls the insurance agent who is able to provide plates and insurance conveniently right there in Abe's office. The friendly, down to earth, relaxed atmosphere, combined with the excellent customer service provided by Abe and his team, make purchasing a new car or truck a positive and pleasant on Even if the vehicle you want is not on the lot, Abe will work with you and find the vehicle that you are looking for. Abe, Lawna and "Mr. 37", thank you for all your patience, help and understanding. i will be recommending you to friends, family and return again myself in the future.

The good guys..With the great car prices.... longtime locals the Russo family stand out, great values go along way go say hi , And you might hear a little bit of kelowna history to go along writh that great deal you'll be driving along Cassorso rd makes for a great ride.

Great place! Hard working people there! Ask for Chris!

Tried getting a quote on some basic service twice. Both times no one got back to me.So I went else where..

These guys are the best - we had a breakdown and the parts were found (oddball bearing etc), the mechanic and owner got everything together and us back on the road - I cannot remember the last time I had fantastic service like this! Five stars and two thumbs up!

Fair and friendly

So far they have had my car for six weeks and never called me once to let me know how it was progressing. For the first week I never had a loaner car. After six weeks they towed it to Terrace to have fresh eyes look at it. Who knows how much longer it will take.

All the Terrace Totem Ford staff were excellent and trained well in all customer service profiles . Thank you TTF

Best Service in town. Fast and Freindly.

Wonderful. Had the best afternoon on my test drive.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Tim's Auto Repair and Used car Sales. I had some concerns shortly after buying the car and returned to speak with Dave. He quickly assured me that he “had my back” and that he would take care of any issues. Sure enough, within a day, my vehicle was returned and the minor issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I can see what they won the “Business of the Year“ award by the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce. It’s so refreshing in this day and age to find someone who actually stands behind their product(s). It should also be mentioned that the staff I dealt with (Vanessa, Herb and Dave) were super friendly. Vanessa even went out of her way to bring some treats in for my dog. Talk about going above and beyond! Thanks everyone at Tim's for outstanding service! Abe Buwalda Nanaimo, BC
