I easily made an appointment for a service 1 for my 2016 Tuscan. When I arrived, there was no waiting. It was like they were expecting me. They did the usual walk around inspection, ran my VIN and saw I had a recall on a part. They had the part on hand and advised me all the work would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I paid my bill and was on my way. Great job Woodstock Hyundai.

The only reason i even gave a star is because i wanted to write a review, unfortunately i couldn’t figure out how to write the review without clicking the star. So, i have been in business for 32 years, i started with nothing and built my business by taking care of the customer. I never give reviews but i had to this time. The owner of urban warrior is Sean Hyland, he is a very dishonest person, i bought a urban warrior for one of my customers and ever since we received it we have nothing but problems. Sean will not make it right, He will not even return a phone call....the car has over heated, it caught on fire, it has left my client stranded several times and the list goes on. The car was poorly put together and they have cut corners in every possible way. I hope this will make you think before you decide to purchase a vehicle from this company, if you just have to i would suggest to go to his site and inspect the car before purchase. Friendly knowledgeable

My Husband and I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Bert's. We had driven all over SWO looking for a good used van and had interactions with many dealers and happened to spot Bert's van on kijiji. After test driving and talking to William we were put at ease with the purchase. The pricing was fair and William went above and beyond our expectations a few times. William has since serviced the van for us and has a great mechanical knowledge. The vehicle was in and out before we knew it which was a big help with an upcoming trip that we needed it for. You just don't get this kind of treatment and trustworthy workmanship anywhere and we are really glad we found Bert's.
