Car Dealership

Great all around and service and they really go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

What a joke. Hours on the website are different from the hours they have posted at the store which are different from the hours they actually decide to show up. Pitiful excuse of a "business".

One of the best places for used auto parts in the okanagan. With over 3400 cars in stock at any time it always my first call for parts from tires to engines these guy have covered.

They were extremely helpful found me exactly what I needed.

Expensive, but top notch service.

Awesome awesome awesome. Cant say anything else.

Raj Gill was the car dealer that gave me an Awesome deal . I got a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I picked it up at the dealership and drove 1400 kilometers home. Comfortable to sleep in (yes I was at a rest stop). Lights are superior at night. Comfortable to drive. They were so good to me at the dealership, they flew me down at their expense and made sure I had gas, hotel for one night and meals to get home to Terrace BC. And on top of that they gave me cash back. Raj is amazing he gave me valuable information on how to improve my financial situation and improve my credit score. I will definitely continue working with him in the future. They are so friendly and personable I highly recommend them. If i could I would give them 10 stars.!!!!! Absolutely love them. Keep up your great work!

I Love my new truck these guys were awesome to deal with really laid back and I drove away with in hrs of purchasing this is my second dodge from the same place.

They are great people at the West Coast Auto Group. This was my 3rd buying experience here. The first two were a new Camry and then a new Maxima and now a used Fiesta for my daughter. They had lots of time and patience for us as we shopped at all 5 dealerships plus several other and then ended up back at the car that was recommended in the first place. Thanks again guys!

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thanks to William Touch at Maple Ridge Volkswagon for all the effort he put into getting my mom a beautiful, reliable new car at a payment she could afford when no other dealer would get us that pricing. His service and kindness really made it a pleasure to work with this dealership

Didn't buy my car here but the salesperson I deAlt with was excellent.

We have been going to West Coast Toyota for years and are never disappointed with the service. Everyone there is so helpful and I never feel pressure from anyone to purchase a car.

Had a electrical issue with a vehicle, dropped it off without appointment and they took it in without and questions or hesitation. Spoke to kelvin at service and got the highest standard in customer service. Not only did he take of the issue but treated me with the upmost respect that a customer should receive. I also needed parts for the vehicle and I spoke to Aaron and Glen who brought in the part the next day and took back the faulty part without question. I highly recommend them for anything. I will continue to use them for parts and service. Hats off to the West Coast Nissan Team.

Would recommend Ken to anybody.... was super informative and helpful and just a nice guy thank you Ken for your great service

Just bought a new to me 2014 Jetta TDI. Great experience start to finish, found them on auto trader. Sent me the status report/mechanics review and CARFAX immediately. Price was already good but they took a little more off plus gave money towards snow tires. Had everything essentially settled by email text and phone. When I came to get the car, I was picked up at Coal Harbour seaplane terminal in the car so I could drive it to the store. So a good hour test drive. They included a 6 month warranty and had insurance on site. An excellent honest and frustration free experience start to finish. Highly recommend this business if you need a vehicle. Would definitely use them again if I’m in the market in the future!

A delaership worth every bit. Courteous and professional owner and sales person I am so happy that I was able to make a deal here, after going over so many dealerships and searching for cars for over weeks. I would definitely recommend this place . Had a few issues with the car as it's quiet an old car. Mr. Inderjit was very kind enough to help me out finding shops and the right type of work that should be done. Thank you once again Auto Pacific Motorcars.

retracted, I was looking for dnd auto aka absolute motore

I believe some of the vehicles they have were in minor accidents and that's why the prices are so low but the work they've done on them is probably even better than what they were like from the dealer. I got an SUV and couldn't be happier with the way it drives. The service is great too. Very friendly.

just went in for a simple oil change but the service was excellent. Hallmark Ford service department were able to find a problem with truck that needed attention. Thus the reason we bring our vehicles to the dealers, to have peace of mind when we are out on the road.
