Car Dealership

I recently purchased a motorhome from West Kelowna Motors. To say that this was an AWESOME purchasing experience is probably an understatemant. This is a father and son operation. When we arrived at their lot, we were greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner. While, Larry, the owner made it very clear he was there to sell inventory, there was absolutely no sales pressure. We found the unit we wanted, after having looked in Kelowna and on the internet for weeks. There were a number of issues we wanted resolved, and a list was made of all our concerns. This list was then printed and emailed to us.When we picked it up, this motor home looked and operated like new,. Everything we ha discussed had been completed, and in fact Larry had provided other items not discussed. The follow up was great, and when I did find some minor issues, West Kelowna Motors repaired the problems, quickly. I received better and more complete service and after sales response then I ever did having purchased from the really big lots.Although his inventory is smaller then most in the area the owners appear to understand the rv market extremely well and definately buy their inventory at the right price, allowing them to be more then competative. I most highly recommend West Kelowna Motors to everyone looking for an rv

I recently purchased an A4 Allroad as a secondary car. The process proved to be seamless thanks to Ryan Wicks. I also had the opportunity to speak with Denis Kirk who was also a pleasure to interact with. Any concerns I had through the process were handled very well. I have also received a follow up to see how things are going. It is great to see a dealership follow up after the sale. Thanks to Ryan and his team. P.S. Will be back for another purchase when the new phevs start to arrive!

Always friendly and courteous service. They completed the repairs on my 300zx quickly and found me the best deal on the 18" low profile tires it requires.

Buyer be warned. This maxim could not hold truer of an establishment. I came into Lees Auto Mechanic with a check engine light on a Subaru 02 Legacy. I had previously seen a mechanic in the United States who had advised of specific work needing to be done. I advised the staff of Lees Auto Mechanic of this. They ran diagnostics and could not find the same issue. They suggested that if it reappears to come in to have it re-examined at no cost. I have since returned just shy of six months with the same check engine light. They found the same issue that was first established in the United States and have asked me to pay a service fee again because this occurred outside of 30 days. I am understandably unhappy with this service. I appreciate that at the time they were unable to diagnose the issue. However to charge someone twice for the same service is frankly unfair. I came to Lees Auto Mechanic through word of mouth. To their credit they do take the time to explain what is going on with your car and it is my understanding that they are experienced with Subarus. However there are other mechanics in town. Simple research shows that their competition charge less and service Subarus. I suggest that you give them a chance. Other issues I came across were: - No replacement car. - Work took place over two days instead of one day which was initially agreed upon. - Did not the service the car despite this being requested. I am loathe to write a negative review but I feel that others should be warned before making the same mistake that I did. Buyer be warned.

Fast, honest, fair price. Great service! Very happy

Excellent

NAPA Nelson has knowledgeable staff and they give good advice. Recommended.

I got a flat tire on a road trip and they took my tire, fixed it and Austin handled one hiccup we had very professionally. Great service.

Cool

Great place great staff. Thank you

Great service!

They do good work. Reasonable rates

Brakes went out right after I got off work. Insurance couldn't help but I decided to call dealership for help. It was a good idea because not only did they give me a free loaner car but they also got me fixed up and that was awesome!! Thanks to the service team!!! If I can I will buy my next vehicle here☺️

Great customer service👍

Honest and reliable service!

Really nice people, didnt buy a car but they also didnt pressure me to buy. Customer service was outstanding.

My friend bought a van from them and it was not working properly and we showed it to them and basically told us not our problem get it fixed yourself. When they wanted the sale they made all these false promises which they did not honor , they are liars and very greedy and dishonest people. So buyer be aware and shop elsewhere not at KG auto sales.

WARNING! Absolutely terrible dealership. Do not trust the owner Darius. Makes promises with no intention on keeping them. Acts like he's your best bud until the deal is done, then he becomes an absolute ass. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone buying from him. He promised a fob with the purchase and wrote it in the contract. Chased him for two months to make him fulfill his obligation. Yelled at us on the phone before finally providing It. Don't walk from this place, RUN! Very unhappy customer

Loved the dealer. Super attentive and accurate guys. Cars are clean, have super low mileage and the price was the best among all dealerships around Surrey.
