Excellent service

For the Hanover location. One star only because I loved the car.. The car sold itself.. Customer service sucks here. I was very excited and happy I was getting myself a car and the man made it a long and boring unfortunate process instead of being happy for me and describing some details of the car, he just stood while I figured it out on my own.. I love the car, but if I was unsure of what I wanted or needed in a car this place would be no help. Not a good experience. ALSO Buying from a dealer I was hoping the car would have a full gas tank and be detailed before I got it, or even vacuumed out. But the interior was left a mess and as I drove away the gas light came on. Very unprofessional car dealer.

If I could give Easthill VW 6 stars out of 5 I would. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the level of service we received during our recent car purchase. Patrick was extremely helpful in guiding us through the different options available. Lori kept our 3 and 4-year-old occupied AND HAPPY for almost 2 hours while we looked at different options and talked numbers with Dustin. Dustin was great from start to finish and worked the numbers to get us into a roomier, better optioned vehicle that fit our budget. If you want a laid back and friendly purchasing experience without pushy sales tactics, this is the place. We love our new Tiguan and would recommend Easthill VW to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Always outstanding service - I cannot say enough good things about the staff at St. Marys Ford. They will communicate with clients in any format (phone, email, text) to ensure speedy attention. The longevity of service speaks to a good organization.

They are so bad they have to write their own 5 star reviews and likely get their friends to write the rest. Take a look... The salesman and son's owner Wesley Stadey writing his own review... Dwayne Stadey should be nicknamed Dwayne Shady. They have ripped off my family. A woman who just lost her husband and is going through a rough time but an easy target for guys like the Stadeys at Stadey's Auto Sales.

Vic was amazing. He got us a lovely car with payments we can afford and he did so in a real rush! We needed a car by the following week, I applied on a Tuesday and we picked up our car on Sunday. And we are rebuilding credit to top it off. If you're in a tight spot, look no further. Amazing service!
