Purchased my 2019 Crosstrek here a few days ago. It was one of the best purchasing experiences ever and well worth the drive from Gravenhurst. Chad Larue saw to it that all aspects were covered with personal attention to details. When we dropped in to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon they were short-handed so Wanda, the finance manager, showed us cars until Chad was available. Brianna Larue met with us on delivery for signatures while Chad instructed us on the amazing features of the car. This is my 3rd Subaru and the best one yet. I love It! Thanks Chad, Wanda and Brianna. You are all special.

Beware The car I purchased from these guys should never have passed a safety The front passenger seatbelt doesn't work which is a safety requirement The car dogtracks because of the rear-end that they knew of and passed it anyway The wipers come on when I put my right turn signal on The whole wiper assembly is loose which is another safety issue
