Car Dealership

Had a great experience with Heidi LaRue, she really took her time searching for the right price and vehicle. I really appreciate not being pressured - just given my options. Thank you

Went in to look at a car wasn’t expecting to buy anything at all but couldn’t resist the deal that Colby got me, he made every go super smooth and simple. ~ Don

Was impressed with my sales person. Sam and his manager dave Irvine thank you again for making possible looking forward to work with you both for follow up and will sent you referrals again thank you Sue Mary geno

Great people to work with from start to finish. We are very pleased with our Northern Teardrop Trailer

Mechanic does not have any self confidence and will replace parts without looking up specifications to pass/fail. Does not understand difference between tapered bearing and press in wheel bearings. Called perfectly good press in bearing for excessive noise but well within tollerences. (Because he did not check). Told customer and put problems on list to be fixed and then added things once items on list were fixed. I would not reccamend taking your vehicle here untill they get a mechanic that does not lie and has self cofidence to properly diagnose your vehicle. The adding to the list is just plain dishonesty.

What a great dealership. We worked with Rob. My girlfriend bought a beautiful jeep.

Very pleasant! Would highly recommend! This is how all auto dealerships should be! Very honest and open.

Great dealership with great staff! Has a wide selection of inventory and even if they don’t have what you want they’ll find it and bring it in for you. Service department is the best in the region and the parts department is well stocked.

I can't even express how amazing these guys were when I stopped in this week. It was a last-minute stop with no appointment but they took the time to squeeze me in quickly. I had realized that morning that one of my headlights and turn signals was dead (a fellow commuter gave me a friendly one-fingered wave to let me know). I had no idea what to do so I just parked out front, popped inside and asked for help. A tech immediately came out to look at my car and check all the lights, then they offered to fix it right away. I was provided with a comfy seat in the warm foyer, a cup of peppermint Hot Chocolate, and an incredibly clean and beautiful washroom for my convenience. Half an hour later I was told my car was ready... they'd had some of the bulbs I needed in stock so nothing needed to be ordered, and despite having to take out the battery to do the job they didn't even charge me for their labour. They just sent me on my way with a "Merry Christmas!" and a bill of $0.00. It absolutely made my day! Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable and the waiting area was so nice; we will definitely be stopping in the next time we need vehicle help!

I bought my van here earlier this year. I found them very easy to deal with. They are helpful and friendly. I bought from Jason. The deal was smooth and painless. Since then I have been to the service center. They are awesome there. Nick goes above and beyond. I'm sure I will keep them as my place to buy from as long as I live in Smithers.
