Expensive, service try to talk You in to unnecessary repairs or claim something is wrong when everything is fine. (Front slack adjusters) dishonest, over charging, claiming that job took so many hours even if You know its possible to do much quicker. Lying about warranty etc. Worst place to service or buy truck.

Bought 2 vehicles Ron good to deal with. Kenton personnel not so much.

Absloutely no push sales. Customer service is beyond the expectations. Marcel is a guy who will get the best deal for you. He always make sure whatever the deal you have made with him, it stays even if you decide to buy some other vehicle from the dealership. True to their words and promises. Great place to have your vehicles repaired. Professional staff to answer any and all your questions you may have about your vehicles. Facility makes sure your vehicles are completed on schedule. Facility provides transportation to and from resident at no cost to the customer. Also, facility provides loaner vehicles to customers when necessary, at no cost to the customer. Repair costs are reasonable. In summary, Rolla Theels has great customer service and professional staff. That is why I purchased a new malbu from Theels, thank you, Mike. Thank you Eli and your staff for the great paint job on my thunderbird and window installation of a window on my classic Ford pickup. Thank you Luke and your staff for the great repair projects on my truck and car. Thanks

Bought my first car here back in 2010, must say the experience was really different. Its better Austin Reid was awesome and down to earth. He knows his stuff and took the time to do research after our brief exchange via email. He has everything ready so I didn't have to waste a lot of time. My only concern is I have to keep phoning back to check on management to find out when my car is ready. When I show up a few days later to pick up the remote starter has not installed yet. I have to come back the next day for it. Otherwise, everything went well, very happy with my Mazda 3. This should be a 4.5 stars, but I'm giving it 5 hopefully my next service day will fill the gap.
