Car Dealership

I've bought 2 vehicles from roly so far and they were very reliable and clean. Great place to buy a vehicle from!!!

I will start with the positive. I purchased my Hyundai because of the salesperson and because of the way the car felt. However, it was really Tammy's friendliness and knowledge that made me say "yes". I will also say that Dallas goes above and beyond and has helped me a couple of times in the past. Jim, the shuttle driver, looks at me and knows where I'm going (I went to Hyundai every three months). Jim is very efficient and friendly. The negative is when I provide any negative feedback (because the service coordinator calls every time I get my car serviced). When I provide opportunities (also negative feedback), Hyundai makes excuses about Hyundai not calling me back about a question, blames me for not asking for the right person when calling, etc. I even see it in response to the negative reviews here. I really think "I apologize for the inconvenience and this is how we plan to improve" goes a long way with customers and makes them feel valued and will make them loyal to your brand.

We had had problems with a company not willing to pass our MVI for brakes. The brakes had just been repaired so I was doubtful this info was correct. We went to Ford Saint John where our SUV was purchased and a lady by the name of Denica took the time to help us get our vehicle in to be checked. Our brakes were fine. She then helped us to know how to go about getting a refund for MVI from CT and she passed our car.

Thanks for all your help guys. I would be bussing it without you.😂

Still driving my 2012 Lancer from here. Minimal repairs and wear and tear and I've never been treated poorly by the service department nor have experienced aggressive sales/trade-in tactics many people complain about at other dealerships.

Always excellent service.
