Me and my husband recently purchased a CX-3 from Mazda - Provincial Road. We are absolutely delighted with the staff, especially Jeff Pellizzari and Franklin Omorodion. They both are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We are new in Canada and they helped us make the right decision about the purchase - we are satisfied with our purchase and glad we made the decision. Serenity motors sold me a car with an oil leak that I was assured was fixed the day I came to pick it up. Traction control automatically turns on when car idles for longer than few seconds. Engine problems which ultimately caused pistons to shear and pierce holes in my engine. I repeatedly brought to the fact that I needed a reliable car because I had a 6 month old daughter and they assured me this vehicle was A1. I haven’t even had this car a year and I had to replace the engine. Not to mention the cooling fan to keep the engine from overheating wasn’t even hooked up to anything. It was was just laying inside under my hood.

Looking to purchase a new vehicle and dealt with Kevin in the Alfa Romeo dealership. Kevin never rushed me or pressured me at anytime. Excellent customer service. Always asked if we had any questions, spent a lot of time on vehicle pick up to explain all options. Just had an overall great experience and for the first time I felt like I got a great deal. Everyone in dealership was very nice and also not pressured from Financial Manager to purchase any additional insurance or warranty. I would definitely recommend Kevin as a salesman and Provincial Chrysler to purchase your next vehicle.

My recent encounters at Premier Cadillac have left me profoundly disappointed and utterly disgusted. The treatment I've received has been consistently subpar in 6 out of 7 visits since purchasing my vehicle two years ago. The initial technician's rude and unprofessional demeanour, compounded by the service manager's lack of professionalism, set a negative tone for my visits. The owner's aggressive confrontation, rather than addressing my concerns, only added insult to injury. Despite explaining my hearing aids and apologizing for my loud voice, he refused to acknowledge my situation and instead chose to grandstand and reprimand me in front of his staff, threatening to refuse service to my vehicle. I urge others to heed my warning and spare yourself the frustration and seek service elsewhere; your sanity will thank you. Bought a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta S and the back tires were dry rotted and it didn’t come with a user manual. Sent a manual but didn’t do anything about the tires. Used on a daily basis and haven’t even had it 6 months.
