I had been looking for a second vehicle for over 6 months that I could drive rather than driving my hubby's big truck all of the time. I wanted a used vehicle that was within a small budget range, spacious, maintained consistently & properly, clean & safe; the "unicorn" of used vehicles basically. I have a toddler so I knew I would need it to be as reliable as possible for when I'm driving with her in the car. I had been looking for small SUVs but Derrick Rantala asked if I might be interested in seeing a hatchback. I decided it couldn't hurt to see it. I am beyond happy that he suggested the vehicle & listened to all of the aspects I was looking to find in the vehicle I chose to purchase. He was patient with my close inspection of space & the interior/exterior status of the vehicle & very accommodating for my busy schedule when I decided to buy the car he suggested. I called at the end of the day yesterday explaining a problem the service department fit me in for this morning the mechanics got on the truck within a half an hour of me being there approximately 9 o'clock a.m. they were through all kinds of codes and issues goldmyer EGR valve apart to free it up it was seized knowing that I needed this truck and a new EGR valve would take a day to get I'm now rolling with the temporary fix at 3 p.m. super impressed especially with one mechanic named Bob I believe who worked through his last break to get me rolling awesome service awesome guys in the shop couldn't be any happier
