Car Dealership

Very easy to deal with and low interest rates.

I bought a 2009 truck in 2012 from them and feel i got a fair and honest deal. I will never by new again and will be looking to them in the future. The truck is still going and runs well.

Awesome Friendly Professional Service today !! Recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from you guys !!!

Probably one of the best places to bring your vehicle for repairs, even if you don't own a Ford. Even for body repair.

Great cars but there service and customer care is pitiful.

I had an issue with my honda accord. I know my car and the way that it acts when it's not right. So I went in to get a routine checkup to figure out what was going on, they continuously told me nothing. Very young and uneducated "mechanics" . Also, if they give you a 30min wait time expect to be there for 1hr 30min. Always been the case for me anyways! The only plus side to this honda is the big waiting room and they offer coffee/tea/water. Also when I bought my used honda accord and I asked the sales person sheldon for a better deal they offered me nothing! (Usually always a negotiation on used vehicles) No lower price on the car and no snow tires. After I bought the car I come to find out the front end was falling off the plastic cover on the engine wasn't screwed on and I had to bring the car to grandfalls to get it fixed. Very disappointed in Honda's service would never buy another car from this honda.

Awesome staff! Great customer service!

Honest man just trying to make a living. I love my 2016 mazda 3! Had a slight issue with it a month out of purchase and he took care of the repair at no cost to me. Now that's good service! Will definately buy fr him again!

I don't understand how my rating posted only one star the first time. That was an error by me or the phone I used. Loved my experience at capital preowned. I'll never look for another dealership in the future. Thanks capital.😎

If I could give this place a negative number??? I'd give it a negative number, however with the horrible customer service I dont have to give it such a negative number- numbers will talk on their own with such horrrrrible service! I go there a week ago, two guys at the counter, I ask for a simple battery price, which on their window "Battery" specializing........WRONG! I asked them for a price quote, I asked can this be installed, their reply? I DONT KNOW! So he asks the fellow associate do they install batteries, which the associate replies "no, this isnt a garage" I asked once again, you dont install batteries???? HIS RESPONSE........I dont want to go out in the rain!!!!!! Winner for 2018 worst customer service award - Colonial Auto Bay Roberts! Will NEVER take my cash in hand to this business again, and will not recommend this place to anybody-

Auto parts. Good service.

Great service as usual

The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. He will fix your problem one way or the other.

I have purchased two cf moto products from this dealer and had service performed at this location as well. I think the service was great and very impressed with the prouduct this far.

Great service by Peter!

Best used cars in the city.

Fantastic sales experience. Thanks Kim.

This company donated a tonneau cover to us at Habitat For Humanity, and installed it. I have to say, my hats off to this fine company and it's leadership for their heart for the people.
