Car Dealership

BMW dealership. Be wary of up-selling from service visit

We bought our first car from these guys and it was a great experience, we even went back for a second one. On the rare occasion I have something wrong with the vehicle they always come through for us. And if it's something they can't help with they know somebody who can help and negotiates prices which is amazing. I always leave happy.

Phenomenal customer service when looking for a vehicle. Very attentive to details to make sure you get exactly what you need in a vehicle and for the price you can safely afford to help reestablish credit. Unfortunately the vehicle that we worked together to find for me wasnt the vehicle we were provided. Within minutes of driving the vehicle I knew something was wrong with the backend. It ending up being pretty major and expensive. Which Alex was very apologetic and covered all expenses. There was also a concern with a tire package promised with the purchase of the vehicle as well as the specs listed back up camera as a feature which the vehicle was not equipped with. Alex has since stopped all communication with me. He has not responded to an email regarding the tires since approximately May 11th. I have since found out from a local dealership the camera cannot be factory installed Alex has not responded explaining what will happen next. All communication has ceased. All I'm asking is for what was promised to me as part of the purchase of the vehicle and some email correspondence at this point a call wont work I want copies of all communication. FOLLOW UP!!!!!! Lighthouse auto has since been in contact. And the communication has been opened back up. Thank you very much Lighthouse Auto.

I would suggest NOONE to buy from there.i bought a 2009 dodge journey and within the 30 days it turned off and wouldn't come back on (this happened in the freezing winter with a newborn baby) stop in the middle of the road. I brought it back and wanted my car that I traded in back, he sat there and lied to my face saying it was already sold. So I traded for a Dodge nitro which again has had plenty of problems and I have only owned it for 2 years. (He sold my car I traded in to one of my friends 2 months later so I know for a fact it wasn't sold before. He sells shitty broken used cars and I warn anyone if your going to buy used, do NOT go here!!!! Awful experience.

Excellent customer service and the owner Mac had made our transaction smooth with no hassle. He made sure that my wife and I came first, we highly recommend Mac, thanks for your sincere help and really enjoy the car we purchased from you.

Honestly have never had better customer service , There quick and on top of getting you the best car that will work for you. No matter how bad your credit is they will work with you to find you something. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great new car for themselves. i am very pleased with my new car and the service i received .

Best car garage.

Great spot, quality vehicles

They sell cars that would not pass MVI's anywhere else. I took one of their cars to a garage to have it looked at and the rocker panels had some sort of tinfoil over them and tons of paint. The mechanic put his finger right through one of them while running his hand along it. I called the Dept. of Transportation on them for selling cars with new MVI stickers even though they can't pass any sort of inspection. They just buy auction cars that sell for a few hundred bucks, slap some paint over all of the rust and damage, then charge a few thousand dollars for the death traps.

Good prices and speedy

Manager is excellent but some of the employees are slack part was supposed to be in today for me but wasn't even ordered
