Car Dealership

Actually deserves negative stars that's how bad he is. He is the rudest, most, arrogant, biggest liar and sheist of a car salesman I have ever met and we all know there aren't too many honest ones out there. He sold us the biggest junk there is after telling us it was in really good shape with the exception of a couple of items he took care of. I felt the price was a little higher than it should be but I paid it anyway as it wasn't that far off and after finding a few things needed to be repaired he argued about paying to be done. In the long run he car has cost us 3 times if not more than what we had paid for it. Top it all off he was supposedly a friend of mine, never again. (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS PERTAINING TO ED SOUZA AND NOT SWANSEA AUTO OWNED BY ROLAND LEVESQUE)

Always get fast and courteous service and pricing is always great. If they don't have something they can usually get it the next day as well.

Sarah my service advisor was pleasent and explained all the work done on my car. Helped me with picking out 4 needed new tires and additional work that my car needed. My car was ready when promised on time and checking out was smooth and easy. Very happy with Orleans Toyota Service.
