Car Dealership

Saf was very accommodating. He answered all our questions and concerns and worked out a fair deal for both sides. I would deal with Saf again.

Bad customer service from one of the guy there.. the way he talk to me like he look down on me. sound like I have no option at all.. although this happened already almost a year ago, but every time I drive pass there makes me unhappy..

I purchased a 2018 G80 Ultimate from Jennifer who gave phenomenal service. I loved that I could do everything online/through text message and they brought the car to my house for test drive and once I purchased. This is the future of car sales.

Brad was excellent and knowledgeable. He followed up well without bugging the hell out of us. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Purchased a Q5 from this dealership in November. I don't live in Edmonton and they were very accommodating and the service was great. My salesman Simon Bottomley provided great service, always (and still is) available to answer any questions I had and continue to have. Highly recommend this dealership.

Very low brow. Just learning. The truck I bought was checked by there garage up the road. All good they said. So after a week of horrible shaking I investigated. The front end end of a 4 wheel drive was dry of oil. Ahhha I found the problem, output shaft was shot, and the seal. 490 dollars for the part. Good thing im handy or it would have cost more. Then I changed the spark plugs. Wore out twice the gap. So buyers beware.

Such an awesome dealership!! I went in the first time loved this one car I’ve had an eye on for. As a student tho I decided at the time to not finance a vehicle. The dealership was friendly about it & they weren’t pushy like your typical dealerships. After about a week I decided to come back & began my process to financing the vehicle. Everyone was so friendly & seemed like they really appreciated their customers more than just a sale ☺️ Thank you guys again !!

Great people and great dealership. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is thinking of getting a vehicle. Look for Maria and Alex.

Had some issues with car and after a battle Hany was Abel to help me get it covered under warranty. Him and Claire went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Thank you for taking good care of my car and me. Much appreciated Highly recommend

Driving through the city when check engine light came on. They got me in right away and had my truck back to me in less than 4 hours. Not used to that kind of service.

Bought my GTI from Gary Moe in Oct 2014, was treated very poorly as I was young customer and wasn't taken seriously. Was initially denied a test drive but ended up buying the vehicle in the end anyway. Fast Forward to last week, brought the vehicle in for two safety recalls and walked away with a invoice to be paid.Brought the vehicle home and was stranded twice for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck because the tech working on the vehicle did not properly re-install the fuel pump. Overall poor experience that is not experienced at other VW dealerships in Canada. Take your business to Calgary or Edmonton and you will have a more professional experience .
