Great service! We had a bit of car trouble last week, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They were able to squeeze us in, despite being very busy. They even set us up with a rental car, free of charge, to ensure we could get to work while they worked on our car. The entire team is really nice, super helpful and always smiling. One of the service employees, Eddie, was truly incredible. He remembered us from a previous visit. He checked in with us, and called to give us updates. What could have been a really stressful experience (having our only car in the garage for a day), actually turned out great. The service made all the difference.

At least the oil change was done correctly. however, after a simple oil change, my left front tire pressure monitor was dead. Is that a coincidence? or did someone check the air pressure and break it? I'm not sure. and the service advisor I spoke with said, 'these things break sometimes', and did not offer to fix it. Also, different time, I had them fill the tires with the other kind of air, that does not react to changes in temperature so much. this was a neat idea, but the tire pressures still varied wildly, so either it's a total scam this thing, or they did it wrong, i'm not sure. They did fix my car's oil cap, which was really stuck, that was good. I wouldnt go back there for an oil change again though.

I've had such bad experiences with purchasing a used car from other dealerships in the past and I'm very glad to say that has changed now that I've found Toronto Fine Cars & Leasing! Diego and his staff provided me with fantastic service and they were beyond helpful in answering all my questions. I refuse to believe the negative reviews on here. If this dealership was able to make a picky customer like me happy, they will make anyone happy! I recommend this dealership to anyone out there shopping around for a car!

If you value your time don't go there. Although some sale representatives can be great down to earth individuals, the management of this place is atrocious, snarky, condescending and completely disrespectful. Also don't even think about giving their shady used car sales manager your car keys if you're planning a trade-in. I change my car every two years and I've dealt with a lot of dealerships. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in one.

I had a test drive in October with Kyle Burgess. I tried a Cayman and was thoroughly impressed with the car. I was equally impressed with Kyle and his professionalism. He knew all about the car, the features and was supportive but not obtrusive in his presentation. Frankly he's the best automobile salesperson I've dealt with. Promotes this car brand, doesn't denigrate the competition, goes over all the aspects of selling the car.
