Ma première expérience avec le concessionnaire a été difficile. Des malentendus avec la vente ont menés à des explications qui m'ont laissées sur ma faim et qui ont menés à d'autres malentendus avec le service. Finalement, j'ai pu discuté de mon insatisfaction auprès des membres de leur équipe. J'ai ainsi pu avoir leur vision des choses sur ce que j'ai perçu initialement comme une ''arnaque'' doublée d'indifférence. Je constate que malgré ce qui a pu arriver, cela semblait être des "erreurs" faites de bonne foi et que l'équipe est attentive à la satisfaction de ses clients. J'aurais préféré que les choses se passent autrement dans les derniers mois, mais au final, si j'ignore les situations en lien à la mauvaise communication entre nous, je suis satisfait.

J’appelle deux fois pour confirmer que l’auto qui m’intéresse est belle et bien la, le vendeur confirme. J’arrive et malheureusement le “boss” est parti avec. Me faire faire 2 heures de route pour rien. J’éviterai cette endroit basé sur les mensonges conté avant l’achat, je ne pourrais pas imaginé les mensonges après la vente!! On pourrait quasiment dire que j’ai été chanceux!

Called to get some information about a car I wanted to buy and since they didn't have the car I wanted in stock they simply replied that the car I wanted was too expensive for me and to buy regular car they had in stock... The guy was completely useless

I have to say that hands down this is best dealership that I've been to in terms of overall customer experience and satisfaction! I interacted with FREDERIC LEGARE the Sales representative who gave me a great quote and was willing to work with me for the finer details. I drove down 6 hours one way from Whitby, Ontario to finalize a 2015 BMW 435i GranCoupe and I had a great experience since the time I got to the dealership till when my vehicle was delivered. Frederic was very helpful, knowledgeable about the BMW line and even bought me lunch! He threw in an entire new set of winter and summer BMW OEM car mats for me along with 2 new front all season tires and gave me a great price on the transportation of the vehicle from Montreal to Ontario. He personally showed me the vehicle and the things that needed to be fixed and provided me the details of how and when they would happen. The test drive was very comfortable and he let me explore the car to it's full potential. The Sales and Finance Manager CEDRIC LAFONTAINE was equally helpful. He gave me a great deal on the warranty and patiently worked with me through the entire process. He even provided me with the additional documentation that I required to register the car in Ontario and reimbursed me for the lock nut that they forgot to provide with the vehicle. My cheque for the extra quebec taxes also arrived in a very timely manner. Before I left the dealership, Cedric gave me a BMW water bottle which I'm flaunting it at my workplace, however, a t-shirt would have been nice as well as they have some of the best quality ones lol. Both CEDRIC and FREDERIC have very pleasant personalities and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers which is rare to see at dealerships these days. Overall, 5-start experience at BMW Sainte Julie!
