Car Dealership

Super accueil, excellent vendeur attentionné Jaimme Quiroga

Super belle place!

Great service. A bit pricey but there is never any concern about the quality of customer service, the work done, the parts used or the reliability of the shuttle service. I must've replaced everything there is to replace on my aging Honda Civic (brake pads and discs, alternator, engine, sway bars joints, tires, exhaust) and this soon-to-be-200'000km-old pack of bolts is running like a brand new car cuz it's pampered by the best people!

Certainly the best service in town for my Toyota car.

Bought the car less than a year ago. Drove well and everything. On the road cleaned the windshield, noticed a crack. Thought it was from the temperature difference and the windshield fabrication problem. Came to the dealership, a guy looked at it with a pen, noticed something of less than 1mm: "Here is the point of impact, it was a rock, not our problem. Take this address, go there and change the window completely, it's completely on you." Yeah, sure, great service guys, keep it up! Awful place, would never come back to buy another mazda, and would never recommend any of my family members. Their website stipulates: "At Mazda Canada, we're committed to your satisfaction. We don't just want to sell you a vehicle – we want you to be absolutely delighted with every aspect of your experience with us, from buying to driving to service, which is why we are offering you this program. Mazda offers you the service and protection you need to maximize your driving performance wherever you go in Canada or the continental U.S." WHERE IS THE SERVICE? WHERE IS THE COVERAGE? You sold the car, whatever happens after according to your customer service - NOT YOUR PROBLEM. Dissatisfied customer for life.

Great dealership with friendly staff as soon as you arrive at the reception. Knowledgable sales staff attentive to your needs and work hard at getting you the best vehicle possible. The service department is efficient with a beautiful wait area with fully stocked kitchenette.

Service impectable, acceuillant, attentionné.

Great and fast service.

Perfect

Bon conseille

Excellent service. Courtoisie et rapidité avec le sourire !!
