Car Dealership

I had a completely terrible experience with purchasing a brand new vehicle with SMP Saskatoon dealership. I bought the car in January, and being that it was the middle of winter and I live over 6 hours away, I paid an additional $600 to have it shipped. Once they received payment(CASH, not financed.) Any form of customer service disappeared. I was told one day shipping, and it took three weeks! for my vehicle to arrive. I understand that when using a third party shipping company, that sometimes things are out of others control. However, this is the shipping company the dealership chooses to deal with. I did not even have the option to set up alternate shipping with a company of my choosing.I was told I would be provided with a tracking number, this did not happen. I had arranged for a certain dealership here in the city for the car to be delivered to. Again, this did not happen. They shipped it to a different dealership. The problems just kept on from there... Once the vehicle arrived, there was scratches underneath the front middle skirt. I was told the car was sold as is!!! Since when is a BRAND NEW, not USED vehicle sold AS IS?! completely disgusted by the lack of costumer service and support from GM. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to purchase vehicles from, as well as I will be very hesitant to purchase a GM vehicle in the future. Very unfortunate as my wife's family all own GM vehicles. lastly, when checking my spec sheet, I had noticed that there was a $500 engine cover option that was to be in my car. Guess what?! upon checking with my local dealership, what do we find? you guessed it, the $60 STOCK cover. Another phone call was made to SMP, and they did ship the $500 cover to me. Very shady SMP! I just bought an amazing vehicle from Redline Motors and I'm so in love with it! Craig was an amazing guy to deal with; no pressure, friendly and made sure everything was perfect with the vehicle upon sale. He goes above and beyond the call of service. I was so impressed that when I showed up to get my car it was running so the seats and the wheel were warmed up! Thanks Craig! I hope this car lasts a very long time but I'll be back when I need another!

Not a best place to purchase a vehicle, I ended up buying a Chevrolet cavalier from these guys back in January of this year and was told that nothing was wrong with it and after 3 months of inspection, i ended up repairing it and cost me over $ 2000. not worth it.

Got the car I wanted and it was priced right. It was in excellent condition.

Wow! That's my best word.. I can't hardly believe the quality service I received including the professionalism and the dedication to customer satisfaction I encountered at GSL GM CITY in my most recent vehicle repair. They gave me a replacement rental vehicle during the period of my repair, they kept in touch with me for periodic updates and approvals, my vehicle is all fixed and runs great.. AND it was all covered within my warranty agreement. What more could a person ask for. I've actually never experienced this level of quality service in Calgary from ANY dealership before. Talk about AMAZING!
