Fraud. I would to go to dealerships when I had Honda’s and Toyota’s since in my experience dealerships care more about their product. This place was way overpriced for horrible service. Their « shuttle » is also a scam. Would not suggest to anyone for service or to buy a luxury Vehicle. I got scammed - hopefully others learn from my mistake. Would give negative stars if I could.

Always great and reliable service. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Update Nov 23, 2018: a GM dealership said these guys never changed the air cabin filter since it was made, even after driving it across a province. This was starving the fan causing it to squeal. Plus there was an axle fluid leak! All this within 3 months of owning the car. They clearly don't do any proper inspections of their vehicles. I'm considering going to the BBB this is unacceptable. I went here for them to replace a tire I had punctured. They replaced it but the guys at the counter were rude and clearly annoyed by my concerns and evening arrival, which I had confirmed with them was ok. Turned out it was leaking from the valve stem that same day, but I know it wasn't before this. I told someone from the dealership who said it wasn't their problem. Now my tire can't hold pressure at all. Overall not very happy and I've helped friends get more functional vehicles from more reliable dealerships and they've had no issues with them. The air pressure sensor is messed up and so is the display - which lead to me driving on a flat as I checked the tire it indicated was flat and it was ok. Turns out it was a different tire. Also I was promised the car would be cleaned before I received it since it was used but it looked like someone took 5 minutes and half vacuumed it. Grease spots on the leather and the cupholders were full of crap. I will never recommend this place and save yourself some trouble by not going here either.

I was in today to get my winter tires on. They were great. The staff is very professional. Nice customer lounge.

Overall I have had very good experiences here, service is excellent, (Wayne) goes the extra mile,10 out of 10 on customer satisfaction, very friendly service department and also really professional, unfortunately my vehicle has given me the same problems a couple times, (manufacture defect)? I know that GM has exceptional customer service all around the world due that my mother used to manage a Chevrolet dealership and has a lot of knowledge about the brand, looking to get a new vehicle soon cause of my current vehicle problems and definatelly will be visiting Westgate Chevrolet (the Chevy farm) soon.

I was shopping around for a pre owned car. Had been denied 2x by other dealerships because of my low credit score. And then i found these guys. Got in touch with Adrian and got me a newer model with lower milage and higher trim had my test drive, gave me updates everyday and options to speed up the application and courtney was awesome at her job she gave a very detailed explanation and got me approved. Very welcoming. Thank you!

I was sold an unsafe car with a transmission problem. that I took back to get fixed but was never fixed. This place is a joke. And I hope no one gets scammed the way I was!
