Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable. We came in thinking it was going to be a difficult process but Jesse's relaxed attitude put us at ease. He knew a lot about vehicles and he was honest and transparent, we felt like he actually cared. Being in a sales Rep role myself for work...I was very impressed.

One time my lawnmower died so I stole my neighbors lawnmower, but while I was mowing my lawn I accidently ran over my other neighbors cat and put the lawnmower back without telling anyone. 2 days later the neighbor who's cat I killed noticed the blood on the lawnmower and called the police, the guy who owns the mower is now serving a 14 month sentence for animal cruelty. Anyways I had an ok time racing

They lied about more things being wrong with my car in an attempt to get more money. Told me the wires in my car were corroded and the car would not start. When I came over to see the car started perfectly fine.

Me new dealership! My mother asked me to help her get a new SUV so of course I was more then happy to help, even though I’ve always disliked vehicle shopping. After being at dealerships all day this past Saturday we knew Northland Kia was the dealership for us. The staff we interacted with made sure we felt comfortable and we’re very patient with all our questions. Trustworthy, honest and helpful are three of the things that come to mind when I think of this car dealership. My monther said she’s gotten a call from Sean and the sales person Daren since she picked it up, that’s something she or I have never gotten before, you can tell the staff wants to go above and beyond. Thanks again for making my mother and I feel so comfortable.
