From the beginning, the staff were outstanding. They kept me updated on my vehicles progress while they worked on it, right up to when it was complete. They helped me with a rental vehicle to use, " on a Saturday", which got me back to work for the following Monday. Very professional group that I would definately recommend .

Shawn in service was so great to deal with. He kept me very informed about what was going on with my truck when it broke down and had it fixed for me in less then 24 hours. I am so pleased with the experience I had.

This was a very painful experience buying there. 2 summer ago we purchased an RV. It was basicly a lemon. All the lamination was screw. When I picked it up from the lot they service guy said it was ok. When in fact it wasn't. Got fix there but the job was even worst. Eventually since we had to get it fix for a second times we decided to trade on for an RV. We were promised that in the processed we would not be losing money. Well the finance try to over sells me warranty. I end up losing quiet a bite of money and their sell manager didn't care. He said you have two options you buy it as it is or you leave with your RV with a rude attitude. There is a promotion that all rv are gst free and he lied to tell me my rv was not part of it. If I could give a zero star I would as he told me he didn't care that I was not happy and it was not in his business to make people happy. So dont deal with a manager that is call Darcy if you decided to go there and get screw.

I've always found them to be fair. I trust when they say something needs to be done that it needs to be done and I don't feel like they are over priced.
