Abe is by far the most honest and dedicated car sales person I have ever worked with and Lawna is extremely well versed on the finance options and warranty Program available. Lastly, the finance dept at Preferred is quick, efficient and able to provide acceptable rates for financing. He also provides customers with a detailed breakdown of each monthly payment throughout the life of the loan, including principal, interest and the combined total, making sure to explain that there is no penalty for paying the loan early, and interest is only payable to the day that the actual total loan is paid off.Once the contract is signed and all other details discussed, Abe calls the insurance agent who is able to provide plates and insurance conveniently right there in Abe's office. These are good people - fair and honest.

My wife and I have always loved Kelowna Hyundai. The basic reason is the professional atmosphere. We are expecting a baby in July making that 3 kids and we currently had a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe so we needed an upgrade. So we decided its time to upgrade. Sean Tackaberry took care of us and all our requests, and needs for our new vehicle. He was professional and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Sean. Thanks to Sean that same day we drove off in a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. We went in to test drive the XC90 and decided to sit down and make sure they had the model and color we wanted. We found that they did however the salesman ‘Eduardo’ was insistent that we purchase their demo which he pressed was a better deal however was not the color we wanted. Being that I was there to get rid of a vehicle I absolutely hated in hopes of upgrading to a vehicle we had done lots of research on and wanted to absolutely love we weren’t as concerned about saving just a couple thousand to compromise the exact vehicle we had our hearts set on. Ready to sign paperwork he would NOT let the demo go and continued to tell us it was the smarter route and gave us a speech on being ‘smart and responsible with our money to benefit our children who will go to college or university one day.’ This disrespectful and unintelligible speech with no knowledge of who we are as people and the hard work we have put in to be there buying what we consider a luxurious vehicle was so disappointing and became so overwhelming for me I walked out in tears and had a complete panic in our truck. I refused to step back in the building and wanted nothing to do with the salesman again. Directly from here we went to test drive an Escalade and Tahoe and purchased it that same day. I am so happy with it but very disappointed in the horrible experience we had with Volvo/Jaguar. Friends and anyone else who ask us our opinion we make sure to tell them to steer clear of them and if they are set on a Volvo/Jag we insist they purchase out of town.
