Are you reading these reviews to see if okanagan dodge is the right place to purchase then please read this these guys are amazing.here is my story.the transmission went in vehicle i was driving I started looking around reading reviews visiting dealerships all i got was the usual bull.1 week later my 6 week old grandson suddenly passed away.and I needed to be with my son and his wife who lived three hrs away.No time to shop anymore I picked up the phone and called okanagan dodge.I spoke with Clayton Andres told him what i needed in a vehicle and explained my situation.The guys didnt waste anytime.Travis in finance called me in minutes got my application going while Clayton looked for the right vehicle.By the end of the worst day of my life they delivered me the perfect vehicle with payments that fit my budget.My only regret is i didnt go to them first instead of wasting time other places.maybe i would have gotten to make the trip before to meet my grandson.Thank you Clayton,Travis and Brayden for being there for me and my family when we needed it the most.You guys are truly the best.

I recently purchased an A4 Allroad as a secondary car. The process proved to be seamless thanks to Ryan Wicks. I also had the opportunity to speak with Denis Kirk who was also a pleasure to interact with. Any concerns I had through the process were handled very well. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of unique. Immediately after purchasing a car from these folks, I ran into some unexpected mechanical issues. Instead of leaving me to fend for myself, Perry stepped in right away and offered to help me get to the bottom of it. While mine was in the shop, he even offered me their courtesy car. After some lengthy diagnosis, mechanics could not find a solution - and Apple Grove agreed to take the car back from me. These gentleman have come by their positive reputation in the community honestly. They are upstanding and fair - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy used car dealer.

I purchased a pre owned Porsche GT3 from Kelowna Mercedes about a week ago and had a great car buying experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The car is absolutely amazing and I am very fortunate that I was able to find this car. I would first like to thank Sam the GSM, he is the one who made all this happen. He gave me a great deal and he was super pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be dealing with Sam and his staff in any future Mercedes purchases. I would also highly recommend dealing with Isaac as he was the one who was providing me with all the information on the vehicle. His customer service was so superior that he even made me a video showing me the car I purchased and comparing it to another one I was looking at side by side. I also dealt with Tom who was the Finance Manager regarding the paperwork and financing. He was greatly helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. Tom and Ken (sales manager) both worked really hard on the deal to get the terms and conditions I wanted. Last but not least I would like to thank Keith, the product specialist, for picking us up from the airport. Great customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks guys.

Hands down the best product and best place to buy are car or get service with a smile. The staff here treat everyone with respect and are fair when it comes to your purchasing decision. All you have to do now is pick a color and enjoy your journey I know I did.

On Dec 9th my car would not start. I phoned Ford and they said to bring it in and they would check my battery. Our apartment manager gave me a jump start and I drove over to the Ford dealership. I talked to Terry and he had said that they might not get to my car until the next day, But 2 hours later he phoned to say it was ready. He had my car battery checked and a new one put in. As usual Kelowna Ford and Terry in particular Rock!! They are the BEST!!

I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Conor, Kirsten, and Mia when I brought in my 335xi recently for a couple recalls. The experience exceeded my expectations, and sets a benchmark for what all other dealerships should strive to offer. When I arrived for my appointment the paperwork was all ready to go with a loaner vehicle waiting for me to drive. The staff was not only friendly and polite, but fun to be around and more than willing to hear any concerns I had and address them as best they could. My car came back to me looking and feeling better than before, with a fresh detail and a clear report of all services rendered. These guys are amazing. We were visiting from Vancouver with family and our countryman got a flat on Saturday afternoon. By the time we got to the dealership everything else was closed. They pulled out all the stops, called around and when there was noone else they managed to source someone. They found a tyre (it's an older model mini) for us and gave it to us for a discount. All the while they made sure we were comfortable and looked after. It really took us out of a pickle as we had to drive back to Vancouver on Sunday. They did everything in their power to help. Very impressive service, we would highly recommend.

Kelowna Chrysler staff were friendly, helpful and professional, not at all the typical car sales experience. Their new sales person Taylor Menzel was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the deal come together meeting all of my expectations.

I recently upgraded my vehicle through Taylor and he was a great help! I gave him my list of needs, wants, price point etc and he kept looking until he found me the perfect vehicle! The team at Valley Mitsubishi are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I ended up on the lot looking at a completely unrelated (used) vehicle, and after talking to Dion and Moira, drove away less than a week later in a 2018 RVR GT. They both made the entire process so easy, and were extremely patient answering my (many) questions about the brand and model.
