I just moved up to pg a month ago , live close by PG auto , wife kept telling me to go in and check some of the trucks out . So one day i did , and met Brandon , no pressure , just honest about certain truck i liked , told me to take it for a spin , but i slept on it , then returned , took test drive and bought the truck . Insurance showed up and drove home same day . I would recommend PG auto to people who trust me , and anyone else who isnt comfortable around used car places . PG will put u at ease . hands down amazing people. jared and lance are aside from thier good looks n there just to take your money. they actually do what they say they can do and will and have bent over backwards to help me get into the vehicle i liked.. i appreciate the honestly and respect i had been given by not only these two but Don aswell who continued to answer probably 1 million questions i had before i arrived at northland hyundai. you guys have no idea how thankful i am because of this. i didnt think id ever be where iam today. specially 4 years ago i wouldve laughed if someone told me this is how my life was gunna turn around to. so again. thank you all for all your hard work and dedication for helping me keep my business going. you always have my business now!!!

The parts department is fantastic. Talk to Mike Sekulic, he really know his stuff and takes care of his customers. I have never purchased a vehicle here so I can’t say how that department rates.

Went in today (October 5, 2018) a year and a half after buying my truck very confused as to why I didn't have a block heater cord and my wheel lug key! Went to the parts person, asked if he had any or if I could get them and he was almost as confused as me. Turns out in the excitement of buying a vehicle I knew would last me 800,000km or more and take me anywhere and everywhere I needed to go I forgot that Toyota vehicles have various compartments for specific accessories. All in all my issue (my forgetfulness) was dealt with in seconds. The parts people are ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with and my salesperson Gary Barrone was an excellent salesman! Not to mention the service department. Everyone here does their job and does it well, not to mention they will always keep the customer's requirements first and foremost in their minds no matter what the situation! Thanks a ton PG Toyota!

Terrible service. They offer free oil changes just for a good review. They sale cars that are barley worked on and will not even run for a year. Don’t waste your time coming to this place it’ll waste you more money than it’ll save you.

Great experience!! Awesome dealership with amazing staff.. We needed to upgrade our truck because it was going on 15 years old. With a baby on the way we needed it to have 4 doors and a lot of room. The Ram truck fit everything we needed! Arrived at Rairdon’s just wanting to look around...absolutely no pressure. Walked in and was greeted by Nate and explained to him what we were looking for and he directed us to a beautiful line up of trucks. Again, no pressure at all...did the deal a week later with him and his manager. Can’t say enough about all the staff. Everyone was friendly and always checking on us to be sure we were happy!!

Excellent service took his time and fixed someone else's mistake and also replaced a bad battery for free without any hassle.
