Few months ago, I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 from Dilawri dealership. When I move to Edmonton in August, my car was leaking on the transmission. Got repaired by Mitsubishi SouthSide Edmonton and they found out that an O-ring was missing or installed improperly. Unfortunately I didn't know that an engine was replaced in Dilawri Mitsubishi somewhere in Jan2018 and they screw up the repair. I tried to contact the dealership to get a refund from the repair cost of $600++ charge by Mitsubishi Edmonton but it seems they are not bothered on the issue. Again this mistake is from Dilawri Mitsubishi and no reply from them.

The Best! These people are top notch! I needed a few minutes of time to help me connect my phone to my radio, the service staff was helpful! I didn't even buy it there but was treated like I owned the place! Way to be a good neighbor.
