Honestly I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to let you guys know from my great experience that this is the best dealership I purchased from so far. I recommend it honestly, they have great reasonable prices and their cars are high quality. The staff/salesmen are really friendly and hands down they have the best manager, Moe. They will take care of you for sure and I’m looking forward to purchase another car soon.

The people here are amazing. They have a very customer-first philosophy and it *shows.* I got financed for 7.41 apr despite poor credit because the sales manager *called in a favor* and had someone work for days on finding me an insanely great deal! Another had a friend in All-state and got me a lower per monthly cost than I had previously at a lower deductible! They held the car for me while I got employment verification*l *despite other offers for the car!* I ***HIGHLY*** recommend m&s to ***anyone*** in the market for a car!

Disappointed. First impression was poor. There are arrows directing you to customer parking which ended up being a gravel lot in the rear of the lot. I just exited and parked on the street which was much closer. I was looking for a Yukon xl I'd saw online . The vehicles on the lot are scattered about and not arranged by make or type or any system I could see. I realize the business model is no pressure sales but I couldn't find a salesperson on the lot. Finally found the Yukon xl I'd seen online and wanted to buy it. Went into their "office" which appeared to be a covered patio. I wanted to talk to the sales person about the vehicle but was told I needed to fill out a credit application first. I told the lady I didnt need financing as I was already approved through my credit union and I was told they didn't work that way, I'd have to finance through them. Said goodbye and left. I imagine most of their revenue is from lender kickbacks. Will never return.

We have bought the last 5 cars from Grants Pass Toyota and we won’t be buying anywhere else but HERE! The store in clean, the staff is amazing, and my Salesman was exceptional Sean took the time to explain everything about the car and the process of buying the car, which was such a great help as this was my daughters first car purchase. I had a great experience here at integrity Autozone, first time car buyer and Paul helped me out getting into a brand new car. They have lots of selection and all the cars are clean. No beaters. I would recommend integrity to my family and friends 5 stars!
