Not great customer service

I had a couple repairs done here and it was ok.... a few unexpected charges after a routine oil change (no, i certainly didn't want any new washer fluid at full price, thanks) but not a surprise at a mechanic shop. My beef is that he freaked out on a friend of mine on the phone when she dared to go to another shop that was closer to her work. Totem wrecked the bead seal on one set of tires but lost his s**t on the phone when she called him to ask him to help find her a new set. It was very unprofessional, and she was very upset. Not to mention that is was a mistake that he made that cost her over $550 bucks for a new set of tires. I mean, stuff happens, but you don't yell at a customer. Ever. His reputation around town is as a bit of a snap show. I won't be going back.

Dealt with these guys a few times, no issues. I can recommend.

Trucks

So far they have had my car for six weeks and never called me once to let me know how it was progressing. For the first week I never had a loaner car. After six weeks they towed it to Terrace to have fresh eyes look at it. Who knows how much longer it will take.

Good place to get a new vehicle...at whole sale price

Called about a CFR mountain rack and board bracket, was told both were in stock. Walked into the shop, asked where I could find the rack and braket and was then told neither were in stock. When I mentioned I'd just called an hour earlier and was told otherwise, mister teen angst at the service counter told me 'I answer all the service calls and haven't talked to anyone about a cheetah rack or bracket.' Because obviously I made the whole thing up. The older fellow on the floor then indicated it was he who I'd talked to, and that he just wasn't familiar with the products and didn't really know whether the mountain rack was in stock. Pretty piss poor service. Makes me thankful I ride a Summit. Will order the rack and bracket directly from CFR.

My wife brought her Jeep here few weeks back. Last week it was ready so I drove +2000 Kms with my truck to pick it up. Dropped my truck off where I had to. We picked hers up, and not even an hour the same problem occurs. So we go back the next day. We paid for a part to be changed. Off again and same thing happens. We go back again. And told it was the wrong part they put in and we paid for already. So no refunds or any kind of help. Supposed to wait for another part,but they say only they can fix it. As if they just want us to go back and give them our money again. Do not recommend this place to anyone! So wife still has a broken Jeep thanks metro for wasting our time and taking our money! You won’t be missed!
