Car Rental

Was about 150 bucks cheaper than the 5 other places I called for a 5 day rental of a pickup truck. Got a brand new toyota tundra and it was a great truck. He told me what was available when I asked. When i called enterprise they wouldn't tell me what I was going to get. I think if you spend this kind of money you at least know what you are going to drive. I will call here first next time.

I had their insurance when I rented the car and the person i bought insurance from said that the minor accident i had while backing up in the parking lot will never show up in my record because it was their private insurance but now i have that accident listed my record.

I've been in several times for rock chip repairs and always receive outstanding customer service. I typically have two young children in tow, they've been served cookies, have coloring available, my oldest was even given a Disney fidget spinner once while we were waiting. Thanks for all the friendly faces and the efforts made to keep us comfortable while we wait!

We made an appointment on Thursday for Monday morning, it was suggested we get there around 8. We get to the location shortly there after, we are not in the system the appointment was not made and we had to drive 30 mins, my husband took time off work and they did not even have the right part to get us in until the following day. We asked why the parts were not ordered as the lady we made the appointment knew the reason of the service call. we just moved from Calgary and indented to use this dealership for both of our vehicles. Well that simply is not happening now. This is extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, simply not capable of doing their job of inputting appointments.

Dave from Driving Force South Edmonton was a great salesman to work with, he found what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my new truck. His service was exceptional; he sold Driving Force as a company and not once did he pressure the sale like often happens. Before I purchased the truck he MADE me take it home as a trial for a few nights, not just an hour or so. I am as impressed with truck, the services of Driving Force pre sale, post sale and the Dave. Recommend to all.

The customer service I have experience is the best in the city for anyone needing a wheelchair accessible taxi/ride. Give them a call night or day and they show up.
