Car Rental

Great customer service, willing to work with you I enjoyed my rental so much I just brought it from them.. I recommend them 100%

They have nice and dependable cars

Best place to rent a car! I needed a car close to closing time and they not only got me in a car but the car was clean, inexpensive and the customer service was phenomonal! By far they receive 5 stars! Thank you again!

Easy and fast. AND THE ONLY PLACE WITH NO DAMN CREDIT CHECK........ One of the only places that does cash,Every other one I have tried you need a major credit card and that sucks because a lot of people don't have one or can't get one. Its a 500$ cash deposit but you get that back once your rental time is up "IF" you don't crash it LMAO..... But I love this place its a great business and very respectful and respectable people its a ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟 IN MY BOOK (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

OMG!! I love them I rented the corvette I had an amazing experience. Thank you will be back soon for another rental.

This rental experience was probably one of the best! Staff was very nice and accommodating! Initially, I had requested a compact car but what was offered was a little too compact for me. So, the staff kindly upgraded me to an Intermediate car at no added fee!! That was greatly appreciated 😉!

Absolutly the best service from beginning to end I felt like i was a person and not just a number like at other places, even tho i was changed out of a couple different choices they were always friendly ,kind and understanding about the situation. Enterprise please keep the fantastic work from the great group of people that work for you! Thank you Fran Long

Great service and great deals!!

This is the go-to place for all your event rental needs. Anytime I have had a Large event all the way to a small party these guys pulled it off in record time. Thanks for your help.

I wish that I could give a "0" rating. This is without a doubt the worse rental car company that I have ever dealt with. They are rude and dishonest. I was incorrectly charged a service fee. When I called to get the fee reversed I received the run around from the staff. At one point one of there representatives transfer me to a manager. After I was placed on hold for 5 minutes the same representative picked up the phone and pretended to be a manager. When I pointed out to him that I was aware that he was the same person. He got upset and yelled that I should just contact their head office. NEVER RENT FROM RHIS COMPANY; THEY ARE CROOKS.

Family run friendly place. Nice people with great service.

We booked a compact and got an 8 seater SUV because that was the only vehicle available when we arrived early afternoon. Not only that, the terms of the rental were not properly explained to us upon receiving the vehicle. We were told that all I needed to pay was the cost shown on the online booking which had already been charged to my Visa and paid before I arrived. However when I returned the car at the airport, I was charged an additional 0.33 per km. I drove that vehicle almost 1500 km all over Nova Scotia. Needless to say I was appalled by the additional cost of almost $500. My husband spoke to the manager at the Halifax airport location and she told us she had removed the charges but when we returned out I got charged for the mileage. What a way to ruin a trip. NEVER EVER renting from Avis again.

During our cruise, we had a stop at Charlottetown in September 2018 and rented a vehicle from the PEI Car Rental. The office location is very convenient, practically right by the cruise terminal. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Toprak greeted me with a smile and completed the paperwork very quickly and handed me the key. The car was a brand new Toyota Camry as per the photo below. It was clean, filled up with gas and ready to go. Our 4-5 hour drive with frequent stops was very smooth and we returned the car before its scheduled time. The owners asked if everything went okay with the car. Their rates are very reasonable. It was a great pleasure to do business with the PEI Car Rental. I highly recommend this local PEI business for anyone looking for a rental car at PEI. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Toprak for your superb service.
