Car Rental

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Huge scam whatever you do dont give them your credit card information! This shady guy will find ANY excuse to charge your card. When he isnt successfull he WILL send you to collections. I got an $800 bill for a 1 day rental when the accident was covered by my insurance. They made up admin fees and overnight fees to inflate the price and come after me personally. You should be shut down, bunch of dirty crooks.

I went in today to check if there were any cars available. From the moment I went in, I was not greeted, I was just rudely asked if I was there to rent a car. They told me they had no cars available because of the holidays, and they refused to help any further with looking for cars in other Herts locations. They told us they were having a few cars turned in that day, and they could call us back later, and they mentioned specifically one that was being tuned in at 12:30. It just seemed like they wanted us out, and they didn’t want to work with us. We called an Uber and as we were waiting, the 12:30 car was turned in. We asked about it and they told us No and we don’t really know why, but 5 minutes later a lady comes in and asks if they had any cars available, and stated that she didn’t care what car it was, she just needed wheels to get around on. They immediately gave her the 12:30 car that was just returned. We left very upset and we felt very discriminated against, either for being young (we are both 21+) , or speaking Spanish. Their customer service is awful and they should defiantly do something about those rude employees.

Great place . Too the kids . Staff very helpful and well trained

I was very dissatisfied with the service and overall quality of the RV, just there to steal your money. never go there again! should be zero star!

I had a car rental arranged for tomorrow. Missed a phone call (just one!) while I was at a meeting, and received an email this evening after the branch had closed, informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. They made no further attempts to contact me. I attempted to rebook online, but the location is sold out, so my weekend's plans might now be ruined. I strongly advise against booking with this location, since they clearly cannot be relied upon

Amazing

Horrible business!!! The young owner is a drug dealer and the old guy is a coke head!!! They will do anything to keep your money and your deposit! They rent out cars that are illegal and not running properly!!! No proper seat belts or cars running functionally!! Bad for business!!! Shouldn’t even be open!!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME ENERGY AND MONEY AND GO SONPLACE ELSE!!! Unless you have no drivers license then they will definitely rent to you!!!

They really helped me out in a jam! :-) They were very compassionate and professional....THANKS 4 EVERYTHING! :-)
