Car Rental

I asked for roadside assistance yesterday. After waiting for over an hour (I was in Golden Valley, in a snow bank), the driver arrived with a flat bed tow truck and did not have the proper cable and gear to get be out. The worst part was....he left me and my wife stranded. All he said was..."sorry. You're screwed". He made no attempt to help us further. It was cold, snowing and he simply abandoned us and left us stranded. We had to resort to asking a neighbour for help...and he was able to pull us out with a 1/2 ton pickup! Bray Motors is the worst tow truck operation I have ever encountered.

Austin gave great customer service!! I prefer this location, very professional and accommodating. Great group of sales associates!!

This is a very professional place. Even came rt out and picked me up and brought me to their facility to pick up my rental. Chad was thorough on the rental agreement and to optional coverages which is a good idea for a longer term rental where y have a vehicle for a week or more. Will use them again when in the area.

Never has the cars I reserve customer service is the worst ive ever seen .. hertz from now on

Best regards to your employees who work the counter in Flint . 😄😄😄
