Got upgraded to VW Tiguan for 2 days rental from economy car for free?! Easy drop off from other major airport rental places too

Totally agree, wish I didn't have to give them the one star to post, unearned.

Really good to deal with when SGI covered a rental when our vehicle was getting fixed. They gave us a truck as close to what ours was. The guy we dealt with when we dropped it off was awesome. Really quick to deal with everything and was shocked as to how clean the vehicle was (inside and outside) compared to other people that have returned their rentals. Would definitely deal with them again in the future

The manager went out of his way to get me into a car fast and on my way.

The absolute worst car rental company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. If I could rate it less than one star, I would.

This lady at the front desk, Alex was very rude and condescending. I rent cars pretty much 2 to 3 times a week and everyone else at the counter are very decent and helpful. Especially Cameron but Alex makes the experience horrible.

These guys are always helpful and easy to work with. The last time we rented, I asked them if they could unhitch thre trailer while my daughter and I went in, and they drove it around to the front door for me. The little things make excellent customer service, and these guys get it!

It doesn't exist

Extremely friendly and helpful Service Counter staff. The service scheduled time was as booked and completed while I waited. This is my first time dealing with Valley Ford and I was very impressed with with my whole experience. I would highly recommend them.

I always have great experiences dealing with North Battleford Hyundai. They truly know what great service is!
