Amazing people

very reliable

This is a review of Zipcar in all locations. I’ve used them about 5 times and 3 if those times I’ve had to switch my car at least twice because the cars were filthy. The customer service is helpful which is the only reason it has 2 stars. The availability of cars is lacking in the midtown corridor, and the fact I have to return to the same lot is wildly inconvenient. Their policies are arbitrary, and I don’t find that they have any real motivation to keep business. Looking for another car sharing service worthy of my hard earned dollar.

Fantastic service! Staff was super down to earth and rental process went by smoothly.

Had a great experience with clean and neat well maintained vehicle loved it

1st time coming to this location. Great customer service. I’ll definitely be back

Quick service, Arif from Enterprise Rent car was reliable and I got the rental car within 5 minutes. Good service and keep it up

Great people

BEWARE!!!! Not even worth a 1. I've had 2 horrible experiences with this location. Completely incompetent employees and owner. Can't answer a phone nevermind make a sale. They will send you off unsafe too.
