I had a negative experience with the last Enterprise I worked with. This agency has been a dream come true. We got stranded in Fallon. She found us a rental car quickly and helped us get the best possible rate. So impressed. She also checked on the status to make sure we got the car when we needed it.

I have called this location multiple times to ask what is available among other things. Strangely, they always say they don't have what I'm looking for. I drive by the facility and the trailer or van I'm looking for is sitting right there. I can see this happening sometimes because of reservations or whatever but its EVERYTIME. I'm never told that she will call me and let me know if something opens up either. I think this is a weird way to do business and I'm not sure why it's still like this.
