Worst experience ever getting a rental - booked onllne and it was an hour process to once again give all of my personal information. I was charged more than the online quote and the employee did not explain, he did absolutely nothing to find a response for me. I emailed mgmt, three weeks later still no response. I suggest you go next door over and use Avis, I would have but by the time I was about to the Avis employee was t available and I'd already wasted an hour.

Just had to take a minute to write a review about my experience at Driving Force. I dealt with Sean at Airport Road location and was more than impressed. Call him on Monday and He found me a exactly what I needed for a new work truck. Also gave me a fair deal for my trade-in. Made all the arrangements for financing.Then he had it delivered to me by Saturday out of town. Would recommend buying a vehicle from Driving Force to anybody.

Yash is a real life hero! Got into an accident with a truck rental on a Saturday afternoon when everything is closed but Yash was there to save the day! He got us into GM right away to assess the damage and see if it could be taken care of that day. It couldn’t because there was more damage then initially thought but that didn’t stop Yash! He got us lined up with a new truck right away, even though he was short of available vehicles. He saved us a huge amount of time and money. Definitely recommend working with this company because they go above and beyond to give people the best possible customer experience!

Rented some kayaks last minute from Joe when I was camping up at Silver Lake Provincial Park. Joe was an absolute pleasure to do business with; he briefed us on the best places to see in the area, was super fast at delivering the goods and very flexible on picking them back up again, and all for a very decent price. Couldn't recommend more if you're in the area and looking some outdoor adventures.
