Crawl under your car when you rent from here. They will claim damage for things that you could not see when you rent the car. They claimed the bumper was cracked after I did a night drop. I know I did not do this. I couldnt even find the damage without crawling under the car when they told me about it. Not very honest. I see this happened to other people in Morrisville on yelp, so it must be a new way of doing business for them. Too bad because most branches in other parts of usa are really decent people.

They Scammed me 160$ I was sent for a rental, paid by my insurance company. On the contract they highlight and make you put your initials everywhere... Be very careful where you put your initials.
I did not need their insurance, I can't fathom why I would put my initials on their insurance when I am already fully insured.
Either it was added after, or maybe I was just a fool and blindly put my initials there because it was nicely highlighted and I was told I have to put my initials there...
Good customer service would be to be kind and send a refund but they don't really care about future business.
Also, the car they gave me, a 2018 Kia Rio had a severe wheel bearing noise... So they do no road tests after a car is returned.
So in short, bad service that gives out cars with mechanical issues.
