5 star service - Don and crew will look after you in an honest and professional way! I'm going on 10 years of a variety of transactions - thanks "Better" for the great service!!!!!

Used Velocity for a company outing! Great service and clean vans.

Great Service, Friendly and Fast Door to Door Service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mary was awesome! She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend visiting her if you are in the market for a new car! That being said, we were quite disappointed with how they dealt with our flat tire no more then a week after our purchase. They repaired the flat with a patch and charged 75$ for that and then informed us that our warranty didn’t cover tires. At no point during our purchasing processes did the mention that tires would not be covered and we would have to purchase additional coverage for 600$. If we would have known this before we would have not only purchased the tire warranty but would have patched the tire ourselves for a fraction of the price. Again we love our new vehicle and Mary was awesome but things could have been dealt with better in the customer service end with us being first time VW buyers.

If I ever need to rent another vehicle, I won't be going with Enterprise. The vehicle that was loaned out to us was very nice and clean, but all of the hidden fees, as well as the customer service, made me wish we had used another company. We reserved our vehicle for pick up at 4:30 but stood around the office for an additional half hour (after everything was ready to go) because the vehicle wasn't quite ready. After a half hour, we were told that it still wasn't ready, so we waited another 15 minutes before someone finally told us what was really going on. Turns out the AC didn't work and they were setting up another car for us. I appreciated the fact that they set up another car for us but they could have said from the start what was happening. They just kind of ignored us for 45 minutes.

Excellent service by phone, booking, picking up and dropping off. The Cargo Van was exactly what we needed, drove well and easily. Recommend them and would use them again.

Andrew at Udrive on waverly was awesome to work with. Very friendly. Would definitely rent again

Great people. Super nice, gave me a free shuttle ride that was an hour out of their way when I needed a ride. Great prices too!

Very easy to rent a vehicle and the service was great.

The old man in there is rude and lacks all traits of decency. I'd never deal with him ever again. I was walking with my kids with we stopped by to check out his used bikes on the sidewalk. He came out yelling at me because I was touching the gears and brakes on a bike.

they respond very quickly
