The receptionists are very friendly. I've been here numerous times and Dr. Sasha Hamid is the best: she is knowledgeable, kind, and punctual. She has helped me with back pain that I've been having for years. I have been to many different chiropractors in the past before, and without a doubt Dr. Sasha Hamid has been the most helpful. Right from day one she found the problem causing the pain, and after about a month of treatments I have noticed drastic improvement. She also always sends me emails of videos with exercises I can do to strengthen my problem areas. Highly recommend.

I started to visit chiropractor Dr. Maryam at the beginning of April 2017. As a patient, I was suffering from agonizing pain and limitation in ranges of motion in my right shoulder. I was diagnosed by Dr. Maryam with severe frozen shoulder and bursitis. My chiropractor prescribed me 10 sessions of Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, and Acupuncture Therapy. The regimen of treatment was very helpful in improving blood circulation, reduce scar tissues and eliminate pain. At the end of the 10th session, I was able to witness 50% improvement in my condition! In my opinion, Dr. Maryam is the best chiropractor I have ever met in Ottawa. I have faith in her practice and am still going once a week to see her.

A very pleasant, and extremely competent pedorthist. I have had him making orthotics for me for the past four years, after foot surgery and after a knee replacement. He was able to find the cause of serious leg/knee pain after my replacement when the doctors who kept just looking at the actual knee implant could not. He was the only one who looking at HOW I was now walking and saw that I was now rolling to the side on the foot, straining all the muscles in my knee and calf. This after the surgeon had done a bone scan of the knee and said I was fine and I would just have to live with the pain. A new pair of orthotics and the pain, which I had had for months after the surgery went away! I am now going for hour long, or longer walks, with no discomfort! He looks at your whole body and not just your feet. I highly recommend him.

Best Hands on Chiropractic and exercise recommendation

This place is the REAL DEAL! I was in town on holiday and hurting bad from traveling. I was desperate for an appointment and Cherina got me in quickly. I have had ALOT of acupuncture over the years and holy smokes was I impressed! Cherina is a talented practitioner and knows what she is doing. This was seriously one of the best treatments I have ever received. Advanced Wellness Centre is worth every penny! THANK YOU!!!!

Dr. Ali has been treating me over the past four regarding back and neck issues which I have had for over twenty years. He uses various techniques such as Acupunture, cupping, ART and chiropractic manupilations, including massage therapy. I have been had excellent results from Dr. Ali's treatments. I experience much less pain and I feel I have a much better quality of life.

My daughter was suffering from abdominal pain for one year. We passed through lot's of different doctors and checks, but the official medicine didn't find the cause of the problem. After few checks Dr. Jennifer Luck nailed down the problem and prescribed the medication. Her diagnose was SIBO which for some reason isn't recognized by official medical science. The only doctor heard about SIBO was the professor of gastroenterology in CHEO, but she was not able to read the test results coming from Jennifer. After a course of antibiotics the pain completely disappeared. We still have some diet restrictions, but slowly adding more and more foods. The bottom line: Jennifer had solved within couple of months a medical issue that family doctor, paediatrician and gastroenterology department of CHEO didn't even find in more than a year. We are very thankful to Jennifer for helping us.

This therapy was amazing. BrainCore Therapy. You watch Netflix. It adjusts the brightness of the screen based on reading your brainwaves. I've never experienced such change. It actually works. I've talked, walked, listened, and tried everything except chemicals, but this actually makes you realize the changes you want. You have the ability to choose how you want to think differently, but then actually be able to do it. Easiest therapy - you watch anything you want - comedy, tv show, doc., episodic, doesn't matter. But the main difference, is you don't realize things and try to change them in "x" way - you change, and then you realize why. it's amazing. it actually . helps you to heal and change in ways you've wanted to for maybe even decades, and haven't been able to.
