Talk about perfection! This Brantford based maid service was an instant hit for me and my family. It had gotten to the point where I just HAD to have someone come in and do the cleaning for me and my wife. Since she started working, it's amazing how fast the chores piled up!. I called Town 'n Country Maid Service because they showed up first, and rightfully so. The expertise and precision as well as speed were exactly what I was looking for, and as such, I've called them back numerous times. I think this may become a regular thing.

Never use Service Master.. they agree'd to the job, ripped up the tiles and subfloor (leaving many wet spots that have since grown mold), after that we never heard from them again. Their guys aren't even allowed to use power tools which makes the demo process slow and unprofessional (leaving little bits of wet wood contaminated with sewage everywhere).. to top it all off, i've just learned that they opened up a floor with ASBESTOS. So while they've been off neglecting the job for over a month, i've been sitting here breathing in asbestos because it's now airborn. I don't know if you've seen pictures of what asbestos does to the lungs but i'll absolutely be seeking legal action for their negligence. All around the worst experience i've ever had with "tradesman", they have no clue what they're doing so don't bother using them unless you want a headache. Ps: (our insurance company fired them).

Amazing place and great prices. If you miss the customer service of the olden days then this place is for you. I feel like I found a hidden treasure. I will go no where else!

Completely ruined our Moose and gave us nonsense about how it's "defected" from Moose's factory, when our jacket was worn for 2 years with not a hint of damage until they washed it. It obviously looks like it was jammed and pulled in their machines which caused this damage. Only sharp or hard objects can tear the jacket apart like that, and the down lining inside the jacket is also depleated from their wash. The worker there just tells us that we have to take it to Moose if we want it fixed and they never even apologized from start to finish. We didn't take their nonsense and demanded them to compensate/repair it and they start yelling at us about how they're not responsible for the damages they caused and demanded us to pay for the other jackets first. This was ridiculous! Eventually they called the self-claimed "owner"" at 135 Ottawa St, J.P. Renaud, who didn't even treat it seriously and jokes that the jacket is at the end of its lifetime? What kind of business owner speaks like this? What kind of business treats their customers like this? If they can destroy our jacket with not a single apology or compensation, what gives them the right to stay in business? I suspect they did not dry clean the jackets properly and are defrauding customers by secretly machine washing these items not according to dry cleaning methods.
