Wonderful housecleaning service. Cleaners are thorough, polite and very reliable. I highly recommend.

To the 'lady' in the back: GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are rude and disrespectful to customers! I did not appreciate being dismissed so rudely when the lady at the desk inquired with you as to whether my drycleaning order could be done by Friday. This is Tuesday! How rude of you to look me in the eye and so abruptly say "NO!...not by Friday...next Tuesday! And then to waive your hands as a gesture for me to leave when I stated, and you heard me, "...that won't work for me. I need this by Friday" (yes, 4 days away!) I will never use this drycleaner again! My request was not unreasonable and if you couldn't accommodate this, a polite response was all that was necessary. Do not 'dismiss' a customer as if I am not important. This is a customer service business. I will take my $$$ elsewhere and recommend other do the same!

After reading your reviews I won't be calling you for the big contract I have on multiple houses I am in charge of in the KW area.

Amazing selection of machines. I ended up using a couple different sized commercial washers for all of my camping gear. Dryers are great, I put my fishing net in one big one low heat, the rest in the other big ones... done in 40 minutes. Super happy.

Kitchener Clean has been a great company to work with - Carol is friendly, efficient in meeting our cleaning needs, and never makes us feel like she is rushing to get the job done. Tori and Derrick are always quick help out or answer any questions that we have.

Never use Service Master.. they agree'd to the job, ripped up the tiles and subfloor (leaving many wet spots that have since grown mold), after that we never heard from them again. Their guys aren't even allowed to use power tools which makes the demo process slow and unprofessional (leaving little bits of wet wood contaminated with sewage everywhere).. to top it all off, i've just learned that they opened up a floor with ASBESTOS. So while they've been off neglecting the job for over a month, i've been sitting here breathing in asbestos because it's now airborn. I don't know if you've seen pictures of what asbestos does to the lungs but i'll absolutely be seeking legal action for their negligence. All around the worst experience i've ever had with "tradesman", they have no clue what they're doing so don't bother using them unless you want a headache. Ps: (our insurance company fired them).

Talk about perfection! This Brantford based maid service was an instant hit for me and my family. It had gotten to the point where I just HAD to have someone come in and do the cleaning for me and my wife. Since she started working, it's amazing how fast the chores piled up!. I called Town 'n Country Maid Service because they showed up first, and rightfully so. The expertise and precision as well as speed were exactly what I was looking for, and as such, I've called them back numerous times. I think this may become a regular thing.
