Cleaning

Brought some sweaters here to dry clean end of last winter. Didn't try them on until this winter and realized they have all shrank (no I have not gained weight). Called them up to discuss this matter, and they denied responsibility.

The lady in the counter is very good and very friendly....my shirt was cleaned very nice and excellent..,I love this place a lot!!!!!!!!

Poor service items either lost or not cleaned properly

The service and quality of work is excellent.

Extremely shady company! Once you sign a contract with them they never return phone calls, and ignore emails. When you finally get a hold of them they are extremely unprofessional. When you get their bill for a supposedly premium service (which is not even close) expect many surprise charges on there.

If I could give it a zero I would. They ruin clothes and blame it on the customer.

BEWARE! This dry cleaners lost two very expensive garments of mine. One of them they recovered, however the other garment is lost and has not been recovered. They did not disclose at any time their policy on lost garments which is only 10 times the dry cleaning charge. Very unprofessional and unacceptable! I have only been using them for 4 months and they lost two items. In my 25 years i have been having my clothing dry cleaned, no other place has lost my clothing. They never answer their phone and take no pride in customer service! I have had nothing but issues with this dry cleaner and will certainly never go back. Their lost or damaged policy is written in small print on the back of invoice. Horrible experience!
