Cleaning

This is a horrible dry cleaner with terrible customer service. D Cleaners lost a pair of pants I had dropped off to be cleaned. They then tried to give me someone else's dry cleaning to make up for it. I was then told they would replace the pants they had lost and if I brought them a receipt they would reimburse me. After I had brought in the receipt they told me that they do not recall saying they would replace them. I then asked for them to honour their store policy which states their liability is limited to 10x the cost of processing an item. I was told they would not honour their policy and would offer me $50 to cover my loss, which would not even come close to replacing my pants which cost $200+. After refusing this they finally agreed to $65. This dry cleaner has ruined an expensive suit, which now does not have pants to it. DO NOT USE!!

0 STARS!! I have had their service for 3 + years now - have made several complaints to them but didn't terminate my account because I mostly dealt with Mike and he's a fairly reasonable person. The 2-3 times I have interacted with the other co-owner Angela, I must say this - she is the most arrogant service provider I have had to converse with. Every time I complained,(so far once every few months) I sent them clear pictures of how the house was not cleaned (especially if I leave the key for the cleaners and am not home). Then I have to make sure I am able to stay home for them to come do a redo - waste of my time and no, they don't pay me back for my time or give me discount for not cleaning properly! Most of their cleaners are chain smokers, they smoke right outside the house before entering. When they come in, they leave that disgusting smoke smell in my entire house - multiple times I had requested them to give me one team so I know who is coming and that I am not okay with smokers entering my house - they don't understand that so I had to finally tell them that my kid suffers from asthma so they cannot send smokers. I had two teams that were always good - they leave because obviously they also don't like arrogance in their boss. But this last incident was the final straw. My husband was home and they didn't clean anything. They literally have to clean 1 master bedroom with washroom upstairs and a family room, kitchen, half washroom and the laundry room downstairs. They were rushing throughout the clean - broke my wax warmer, one cleaner forgot her shoes in my house, they left their cleaning cloths all around the house and they did not clean anything. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed instead their vacuums left rubber marks on my carpet. The counter tops in my washroom and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was so much dust on my side tables and all my windows. I sent them an email with pictures - Angela calls me for a redo - at this time I have already cleaned my house because I had guest coming on the weekend. I ask her if I am going to be charged for this 'uncleaned' clean and she arrogantly says 'Yes , of course. We are offering you a redo'. Are you kidding me? She talks as if she is doing a big favour for me. Ridiculous ! It is stressful to work with their company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I highly recommend finding a better cleaning company. They obviously don't care about loyal customers or cleaning houses professionally.

Excellent service, very professional and prompt. They also provide a wide range of services that I need. I will definitely be back again.

Acumyst has been cleaning our office on a weekly basis for longer than I have been employed with the company (over 4 years) and I have only seen exceptional and consistent service. The staff will let you know when supplies are low so you know to order more, they are diligent about checking and emptying every single garbage bin and they will go above and beyond and clean extra areas as long as you ask and/or leave a note. The carpets are always vacuumed well and I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the bathrooms either. It's a big job to clean our office each week, but we are grateful for you, Acumyst! The guy who runs this place is a complete ass. Had to bring back pants for shotty work and he tried to make me pay again. He said to me today that no one complains to him. What a joke of a business. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Mohsen did an amazing job! He thoroughly cleaned three rooms of carpet including one which was extremely dirty from a recent bathroom remodeling project. I highly recommend him and this company!!

Amazing quality of work and customer service! Every time I have taken my clothes I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work. They found money in my pocket which I had forgotten about when I picked up my clothes they mention and returnef the money back to me. I have tried out many dry cleaners but found them to be the best in the area .

Had our ducts cleaned with Steam Dry Canada, which we found through Home Depot. Very pleased with the service - they were on time, fast, efficient, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Dimitris and Tony were also super nice and a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
