Fairly reliable dry cleaning service. Used to be better. It's almost as if there's been a change in ownership/leadership. Still pretty good, though. But you gotta stay on top of them and review your tickets every time for errors and omissions.

Get my office cleaning done from last 2 years, no complaints. Very dedicated and professional staff.

Carol and Mark were wonderful to work with and the ladies that came to my house did a fabulous job! It was the little touches over and above the cleaning that made have them back again. Had 6 ties that needed to be cleaned, brought them in and I was advised to pick them up on saturday. When I arrived paid for the service like normal, decided to take a look over the dry cleaning before I left. 4 out of 6 ties still had stains on them and looked like they were not even cleaned. 1 tie was clean and 1 tie was damaged. When I brought the damaged tie to their attention I was told that the material was weak and old, and that she will not reimburse or repair my tie. This tie is now garbage, as the bottom hem corners are damaged, all 3. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE- picked up my ties after the 2nd cleaning, to my surprise they were clean. 1 of the keepers loop was broken, this occurred during the dry cleaning process. I did not notice it at the shop rather at home when I was going to tie the tie. Overall experience-- would not go back and would not recommend.

My family has been using Embassy Cleaners for decades and there is no other dry cleaner I would trust with my clothes. Mr. Singh always does meticulous work, whether it is drycleaning cashmere sweaters in the winter or lacy tops in the summer. It is wonderful to be met by Mary's warm smile and friendly greeting when I enter the shop and Margaret is exceptional. She has mended items that I thought were unable to be fixed, and is always cheerful about sewing the buttons onto my ancient suede jacket. Recently, I managed to get a large ink line on my favourite red fall jacket. Yikes! But, Mr. Singh came to the rescue and it looks like new. I wish I could give Embassy Cleaners 10 stars!

PrintStitch is best dry cleaner near me. I tried most of dry cleaner in my area, but this is best in all. Quality of service is high class. They always make clothes ready on time. They have very friendly staff. Prices of dry cleaning is economical. Whole experience is friendly and professional. I heartly recommed it. -Ajay

The front desk lady is very blunt! Pricing is hidden and looks like price is determined by the customers attitude and appearance... The shop is not very organized and the door is always open and bugs will definitely be present in the store! The reason I gave it a 1 star was for the lack of customer service and the pricing! I was charged 16.99 for a men's 2 pcs suit My regular cleaners charge me only $11.99 for suits and they give it the next day. Try someplace else!
