This must be the absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. This must be the absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever encounterd How absolutely RIDICULOUS. My coat is incredibly damaged - the positive reviews I decided to give Mona a try. I brought an expensive coat there hoping for it to be cleaned well. When I got it back it wasn't cleaned at all. Lot of dry cleaning chemicals are still in the coat. It came back with shrink and became stiff with several weird looking heat marks. Also lost every area of fur. She ruin my coat and instead of being apologetic her fought with me and she try to use the excuse that the coat have a pattern. She said that liability is limited to10x the cost of processing an item but she need me to pay the dry cleaning fee. Finally, she just reimburse me liability is limited to 8 x the cost of processing an item. Completely unprofessional! Drycleaner fails to follow care instructions and did not exercise reasonable care. I would advise anybody who cares about their expensive garments to stay FAR FAR away from Elegant Plus Dry Cleaners

Three words... SAME DAY SERVICE!!! Best part, same day service does NOT cost extra. They fixed a zipper on my suit pants, fixed buttons, altered the length... very pleased. AZ

Great prices and excellent clothes alteration service. Usually the items are ready for pickup before the due date......just call before you go to pickup to make sure the items are ready for pickup.

Please read the reviews before you meet this guy , my mistake to not take others openion seriously, fu,,,,,,k. He damaged my dress😭😭😭. Very rude , he said he cant fix, he dont return the money at all. Please dont go to this person at all.

I have used many cleaning companies in the past but I am thrilled with how Lindsey and Oneillia (The Cleaning Authority - Etobicoke/Mississauga) take care of my home. They are personable and friendly and I do not feel like I have strangers in my home. They are clearly dedicated to their work and my home looks amazing every time. I never find areas that they have missed (unlike every other service I have used) and they treat my home with respect. I am particularly impressed with how hard and fast they work - they pull out sofas to get behind them, lift up carpets to clean underneath, ensure that the carpets are well cleaned and not lightly rushed over, and there are never water streaks across my hardwood floors. I look forward to having Oneillia and Lindsey visit my home each week - my house has never looked better!

Never had any problems with them - always fast, and inexpensive service! I've been bringing my drycleaning and dress shirts (for those of us who hate ironing) and they always come back perfect!

Hi have been using Prestige vacuum repair for years. I run a cleaning company and have 15 vacuums to keep going. They are excellent in every way.
