This cleaner is absolutely atrocious. Not only are they overpriced they are rude. They returned all my clothes dirty. They did not get simple stains out and returned white collars still dirty. When I pointed this out to the woman she got extremely defensive, emotional and starting raising her voice. They try to use the excuse that they have to send it out to a cleaner. I dropped my clothes off to them, therefore they are responsible for them. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as they do not clean the clothes, they do not get smells out and definitely do not remove stains. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Extremely disappointed...

Found these guys when I was in a jam and they delivered. Cleaned a white tuxedo jacket with stains and had it ready a couple hours later looking brand new. Will continue to use them for my suits

Excellent service, very polite and kind woman. Had several items dry cleaned, did not have any issue. I also had a couple of items altered including taking in jeans that are too big around the waist. She did a great job. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, so I’m very happy I found them!

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this location for the last 7 years. Mario is very knowledgeable and provides a great customer service to his clients. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues. Mario also has been servicing the clients at a Retirement Home where I work. Highly recommend Spotless Dry Cleaners.

I went in to get a zipper fixed on a winter jacket. The owner could have easily said you need a whole new zipper but instead he was very honest and said I only need a toggle which saved me a lot of money. He told me he would call me when it was done and I could come anytime I was available. He had completed it within an hour and called me. Very professional ethical and friendly. I will go there for all my alterations and dry cleaning for sure!

Quality???? Four months late in dry-cleaning a dress shirt.I fear that this dry cleaner is too busy and hence too disorganized. According to their records, I took in a blue, cuffed dress shirt for dry cleaning in July. I always take in 5-7 shirts at a time, so I did not notice it missing when I picked up my order a week later. The missing shirt was returned to me as a single shirt, separately wrapped, when another 7-shirt order was picked up on October 6. There was no apology note on the delayed shirt. When I called for an explanation, I was told that the shirt has only been missing for two months! The math by the dry-cleaner is certainly problematic. BEWARE of this place.Count every item!! TRUST is a fundamental component of any business relationship. I will be seeking another dry-cleanser.

Give a big thank you to Cos and Mike, I went here to alter a dress. They got it back to me with fast and superb service. No one in the area was as quick to do the job due to the time of year. Would recommend this place to everyone!!
