I have been going to Dove for over 15 years now and just last week I dropped off a pair of jeans and a white cotton shirt which I ask to be laundered and when I went to pick it up today my bill was $27 which made no sense for 2 garments. When asked the girl why my bill was so high all she said to me was she's only an employee and manager will be back in a month to explain. When I tried calling the head office there is no head office for a company that offers franchisees and are ISO registered which makes no sense again to me. Be careful when going to the dry cleaners as they will overcharge it without explaining anything

Needed uniform outfit altered... Bit pricey, but expertly done!

Reliable, punctual, professional and friendly service. You pay a flat rate (which is set up specifically for your house) rather than hourly. It isn't the cheapest service but the work is very good, staff are trustworthy and kind, and you know that the work will get done well , without having to monitor.

I brought my dress here in dreadful condition (a previous "tailor" had altered it incorrectly). Haroom was able to salvage another "tailors" mistake in under a day. I am super happy with the final outcome. Thank you so much for SAVING my dress! I would recommend this establishment to anyone in Maple or GTA.

Don’t bring your alterations to Elegant Plus Cleaners located at 1240 Eglinton Ave West and Creditview. They have very bad customer service! This is the WORST experience I ever have. I have this most precious piece of clothing but they MESSED IT UP and did not want to be accountable. They did not follow a very simple instruction and as a result they shortened my pants INAPPROPRIATELY. They simply want to do things in their own way, not even listening to what their customer is saying. The lady did it to me at least twice and did not even realize the horrible mistakes and wrongdoing she committed. Instead, she treated me so BADLY. The staff was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The lady has NO MANNERS at all. This complaint no matter what must be brought to a higher level and should teach business owner’s a lesson to ensure that customer’s rights are always respected. They don't deserve even a single star. Just a word of caution.

Bring my dry clean here every week, and now they open early on weekdays which I like. The staff really take good care of every piece of my dry clean.

My wife’s wedding dress had huge stains on it and I was pretty sure it was ruined. I brought it to Surf Custom Cleaners to see if there was anything that could be done. They did an amazing job getting the stains out. I would highly recommend them and will defiantly be using them again.

The following pics were taken immediately following the yearly cleaning of our apartment building windows by Skyview. I can't speak for my neighbours, but my windows were, once again, left in worse shape than before they were supposedly cleaned with soap scum, dirt and bad squeegee being the norm. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I have passed these and more to our Management and Super asking for our money back...high hopes. But perhaps next year a new company will step up. Oh and several windows were missed entirely.

I have been going to Bridalwood for at least 4 years. Never had an issue and clothes were always ready as promised. Maybe a little pricy, however the service is worth the extra cost.

DON'T GO HERE. I took my goose jacket for dry cleaning here and when I got my jacket back, my fur was gone!!! The store denied ever having received my jacket with the fur. No cameras around for proof. Extremely upsetting.

We entrusted in Olympic Cleaners to clean our rugs for our business and we were extremely satisfied. Seeing that we are a children's play centre, it was imperative that our items were cleaned with environmentally friendly products that were chemical free and Olympic Cleaners is one of the few GreenEarth cleaners around. I Highly recommended!

I've been going here for a couple years and I really like this place. They always do a good job, they have onsite alterations, and can next day on special request. Prices are in-line with industry.
