I called Mackenzie Carpet Cleaning Care and they were able to fit us into their already filled schedule for that day. Within 2 hours, the technicians arrived and did a thorough cleaning the entire carpet. Remarkable results, highly recommend!

Recently, I was on a business trip to Toronto and was in need to emergency dry cleaning. I called around to several locations and Paradise was the only one who went out of their way to accommodate me. On top of that, it was the BEST dry cleaning experience I have ever had. My cashmere sweater with the stain was perfect...looks like I just walked out of the store with it. Thank you Ivy for the wonderful work. I f I lived in Scarborough I would most definitely be a regular customer. I have shared my experience with all my conference associate. Thanks again. BTW, I appreciate that you secured my buttons. I can't give just one star because they actually did dry clean my clothes but it was a near thing. This review was written after my second visit because I always believe in giving places another chance. This place failed spectacularly...read on if you want a good idea about how this place runs... Through happenstance I have tried all 4 locations of The Dry Cleaner in west Mississauga and this is the WORST one by far. The person at the counter is rude, lazy, and shouldn't be operating this place if it makes her miserable. The first time I came here she insisted that I hand her my shirts unbuttoned and pants stacked a certain way. At first I thought it was a joke; you're making money off me and you want me to do your job for you too?! Judging from her attitude I was bothering her by daring to show up with laundry at a dry cleaner. Wow. I swore off this place for a year before deciding to return on a whim. The owner (I assume she is because no employee would dare act this way) had not changed one iota. She acted like I was bothering her, asked me to help her stack my dry cleaning, and then changed the date on my receipt from Monday to Wednesday. She explained she needed extra time to make sure everything was ready. I was not impressed. I showed up on the Wednesday, as she requested, at 10:30 AM. Their posted hours are from 10:00 AM - 6 or 7 PM depending on the day. The owner was not there and no where to be found. I actually requested staff in the store page her on the PA...nothing. She didn't even leave a note on the counter saying where she went to or how long she would be. I left because I had other things to do. I returned the next day at 10:45 AM. She was missing again! This time there were customers standing at the counter waiting for her to return. I stayed around the area and watched her nonchalantly waltz in at 10:55 AM without any apology to me or any of the three people waiting in front of me. Then I watched her berate one of them for not stacking his laundry correctly. So it's not something with me...she just has horrible customer service. I recommend you never, ever, visit this place and save yourself the experience of meeting this horrible woman. Any of the other three Dry Cleaners in the area (5010 Glen Erin Drive, 3045 Mavis Road, 3050 Argentia Road) have better staff and turnaround times; I once dropped something off at the Argentia location and it was ready the next morning! Do not ever go to this place. You can thank me later.

A great mom and pop dry cleaners who also do alterations. Their prices are reasonable and they take great care with their work.

i have been a customer for over 10 years. they are very accommodating and helpful staff. the owner cares about his customers and i am always happy with my shirts when i get them!

We purchased our HVAC system from Novel Care a few years ago, and are so pleased with our decision. We always purchase the fall/spring maintenance package, and like clockwork, Fran calls us in the spring as a reminder. She is so friendly and helpful; it is always a pleasure to talk with her. There service tech serviced our a/c, was very patient, and answered all our questions. He gave us great tips to ensure our HVAC system works at its peak performance. Thanks so much Novel Care!

Tried many dry cleaners in the area but this place is the best! Very attentive to detail and quick turnaround time. They do everything in house instead of sending your precious clothes elsewhere to be cleaned. Highly recommended!

Excellent service Did an amazing job on a Leather Jacket of mine in very rough shape. This was something many other cleaners refused to even take on and they did a great job. My spouse had been going there for years and has a set of uniforms that needs to clean regularly. I’ve never seen better service and quality to be quite honest.
