I have used A Woman's Touch Cleaning for years now! The staff does a great job. Colleen the owner, always takes care of my cleaning needs. I recommend AWTC to anyone looking for someone to give you a break with household chores! I love coming home from work to a clean home.

I found this store on line when I was looking for one in order to get cleaned my persian rug. I can say that there are few business men left in the world like mr shenasi. A very decent, honest, nice with the highest level of professional service you will find in the store. store is full of beautiful expensive persian rugs that are eye catching, not only I get my rug cleaned in the store, it ended up that I purchased 4 more very expensive beautiful persian rug with the best price adjustment that only you could guaranteed get from mr shenasi. Brought in 2 large down jackets for cleaning. $30 each. Came back really clean and odorless. Other places were saying $50 each so was very glad to have the cheap and exception service I got here.

The finished product was way beyond our expectations. They were timely, thorough, affordable and accommodating. We don't want to touch anything in the house everything is so clean (and we have two dogs)!!

Went at 9:30 am, supposedly during their business hours. The retail area was locked and no employees were visible, except far in the back where I couldn't attract their attention.

Fast and quality service. I have been with them for years. It is always a pleasure to dry clean with them.

I went to have an Hermes scarf with hand-made roulé cleaned. When I asked for no pressing, they refused to provide the service and handed me over a silk scarf from another customer that had the roulé crushed and pressed, the implication being that I should subject my $400 hand made silk scarf to the same mistreatment! Service was dismissive and borderline rude. I recommend going to Micheal St-Clair a few street corner away where they took an excellent care of my scarf.
