I went to have an Hermes scarf with hand-made roulé cleaned. When I asked for no pressing, they refused to provide the service and handed me over a silk scarf from another customer that had the roulé crushed and pressed, the implication being that I should subject my $400 hand made silk scarf to the same mistreatment! Service was dismissive and borderline rude. I recommend going to Micheal St-Clair a few street corner away where they took an excellent care of my scarf.

The folks at IchibanFine Cleaning have been reliable and generous for my 7 years dealing with them. They kindly agreed to do the cleaning for the Delta Extreme Weather Shelter 7 years ago. And again for the last 2 years they took all the towels and bedding for the shower and Extreme Weather Shelter. With many weeks of freezing weather the pressure for clean bedding put some pressure on this busy business but they always did their best. Always friendly and kind but also with a real compassion for the community. I am very grateful to partner with them. Our community is richer for their presence. Debbie Mitchell

Team #15 (Bastian, Mario, Yul & Karla) arrived on time for the first visit and did not need any direction. The cleaning was very thorough--everything gleamed and smelled great after they finished. We have booked a regular visit for every four weeks. And I have complete confidence if we need to add a few services once in a while, their work will be just as good.

This shady cleaners ruined a very expensive blouse and returned it to me without notification.The delicate pattetern on the back was completely lifted off because they used way too high heat. Valator took no responsibility for their mistake and told me they aren’t responsible. They even told me it was the blouses fault!!!! Even if they don’t have the money to to pay me for it, they should have notified me or called to follow up. This is a very low end dry cleaner and one should take their clothes to FLETCHER’S DRYCLEANERS. Terrible customer service

This locally owned company, run by James and Aoife and their team, are truly the best! Such a a breath of fresh air to work with people who are reliable and professional. I will not hesitate to refer them to others.

I highly recommend this company to anyone! I am a very picky cleaner, so to me it shows the highest level of service, when the place is cleaner than if I did the job myself. Absolutely outstanding results! I loved how organized the team was, everyone had a dedicated corner, and the job was done just as promised, - no overpaying for ineffective working hours. Dave, the owner, was very attentive to our needs, and, as I mentioned, he exceeded our expectations because his team cleaned the places (light fixtures, for example), that we just briefly mentioned would be nice to have polished. 6 stars, sincerely!
